A tranquil and comfortable stay with warm hospitality, beautiful views, and a relaxing ambience.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the hotel was thoughtfully designed. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. As our room was on the first floor, we enjoyed a lovely view of the garden and the road, which created a calm and soothing atmosphere.
The bed was comfortable and generously sized, ensuring a relaxing stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous throughout our visit. A special mention to Manager Anitha, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. Despite not feeling well herself, she addressed all our questions with a warm smile and ensured that our stay was comfortable.
The breakfast was served punctually each morning and offered a good variety of options. We particularly appreciated that different dishes were served on the two days, which added variety to the dining experience.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

The property had their own chocolate store and cafe which is a well known landmark in Ooty. The quality of products in the shop are really good.

Cons:

Parking was somewhat challenging due to the limited number of available spaces.
We also found the bathroom floor to be slightly slippery, particularly when wet. Installing additional anti-slip measures could help enhance guest safety and comfort.

Additionally, the hot water availability timings could be reconsidered. Starting the hot water supply a little earlier in both the morning and evening would provide greater convenience for guests and improve the overall experience.

Can visit again. Bedsheets could be better cleaned. Breakfast experience could be better.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. View was so-so, but acceptable.
Staff was good, but often unavailable.
Check-in checkout was seamless.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was terrible. It was highly unorganized.
The bedsheets were terrible. Luckily we had a bedsheet with us, otherwise we would have got rashes. Room smelled of mold sometimes, but it was not a major concern.

Pros:

The staff were polite, respectful and supportive,"I needed a wifi password at 10:48 pm even though their shift ended and they still answered the call". Their rooms were exceptionally peaceful and clean. Felt just like home. We got the exact room which was shown in the images
