A good comfortable budget stay for short time travellers.
Pros:

Property is clean and well maintained.

Staff is very cooperative.

Services- available round the clock and there has been mot even a single grudge on the face of front desk to service boys. Service was delivered with good smile on the face of every staff

Welcome- can be improved.

Surrounding: Busy bluedart service office. Nearby road is busy and u get the public transport easily at convenience

Food- within the budget. Breakfast was of good quality. That what i can comment as i had pre booked only breakfast. Lunch was dinner was totally in yhe business premise due to late hour working.

Cons:

Everywhere there is a good and bad. Pick what u want.
Nearby open Gutter and smell of diesel trucks which were standing a little distance only. I m personally uncomfortable with the smell of fuel.
Curtain was not matching the decor of room.

Overall excellent property.
Pros:

I booked 4 rooms with breakfast facility, for me as well as for my team. The rooms are very good and meet our expectations except the limited quantity of breakfast. so if this can be improved then this will be the superb property in this price range in nearby area of Navi Mumbai.

Cons:

Before 10am they will not gave us room, we came at 8am. 2hrs simply we wait without freshup and breakfast. Very bad experience.

Cons:

They didn't inform me that the billing for food will be after checkout. I paid everytime I ordered during my first two days. I need to pay them again on my checkout. But generally it's a good hotel establishment
