Confort in quota!
Pros:

La bellezza dell’edificio in pietra, il panorama stupendo, la vicinanza a piste e sentieri, l’arredo e l’ottima cucina vegetariana. Io non la sono ma ho molto apprezzato la cura e la bontà dei piatti. Anche la spa, piacevole offre un’area relax con vista.

Cons:

La colazione non è a buffet, si sceglie alla sera. In controtendenza rispetto alle consuetudini, tuttavia molta scelta.
Si potrebbero sostituire i comodini, sono tronchi di legno, belli ma la superficie è piccola.

Staff molto disponibile, cena deliziosa, stanza molto grandi e fornite di tutto. Ottima location per fare anche solo una notte per chi fa il giro con gli sci e zainetto.

The beds are quite stiff. We would like more savory options at breakfast. Like carrots and other raw food. We had a hard time digesting the tempeh. Maybe we need to practice more 😊

Cons:

I did a Google search for a hotel in Canazei near the train station. This hotel was one of the options. I booked this hotel, only later to find out that it was not In Canazei, but a two bus connection a hour away in the middle of nowhere (except of course in the Dolomites). Apparently there is only one morning bus that takes you near the hotel. My public transportation was not going to get me to Canazei until well after the bus left. I could not cancel my reservation, so I had to eat two nights charges.

Posizione con vista meravigliosa
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, facile da raggiungere in auto, questo hotel è vicino alle piste per chi vuole sciare e in una posizione ottima per escursioni estive. Dentro l’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, c’è una bellissima terrazza panoramica con tavoli e sdraio, in inverno presenti copertine per scaldarsi. Lo staff molto gentile, preparato e sorridente. La gestione in generale è da 10 con lode, sono un riferimento nel territorio essendo a gestione familiare di generazione in generazione. La camera molto bella, tutto ristrutturato nuovo, bagno grande e doccia grande. Letto per me molto comodo, finestra con panorama super apprezzata! In questo hotel non si consuma carne, l’ho scelto per questo, il ristorante all’interno infatti, offre una cucina naturale e vegetale, ho apprezzato la cena, sapori semplici e buoni, si sente la qualità dei prodotti scelti. In più qui gli amici a quattro zampe sono i benvenuti, questo aggiunge punti a favore!

Cons:

Unica cosa meno gradita la colazione non a buffet ma ti portano un foglio la sera prima dove scegliere la colazione del mattino, personalmente non mi ha fatta sentire in vacanza, mi ha ricordato la gestione ospedaliera ma è il mio punto di vista, la colazione poi è stata ottima, prodotti eccellenti! Solo che avrei voluto scegliere al mattino, la sera prima magari hai voglie diverse! Credo lo facciano per un discorso di ecosostenibilità, solo che non lo scrivono da nessuna parte e penso che sul foglio della colazione sarebbe bello trovare la spiegazione di questa scelta per me insolita in un hotel

Eine besondere Lage, wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt hier, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Frühstück konnte man immer am Vortag "buchen", man hat aus einer Liste die Dinge ausgewählt.
Kaffee konnte man dann selber holen, das passte.
Das Hotel war stark auf Vegetarier, bzw Veganer ausgelegt. Zum Glück gab es auch normale Dinge beim Frühstück! Allerdings war das Abendessen nur Vegan, so dass wir uns im Umkreis was gesucht haben. Wir hatten das aber vor der Buchung gewusst, somit war es kein Problem.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es passte alles.

Tolles Hotel zum Urlauben
Pros:

Tolles altes Gebäude, die Zimmer sehr schön ausgebaut und hergerichtet. Die Gastronomie war richtig gut, das Hotel lag mitten im Grünen.

Na tomto místě jsem se cítila jako doma.
Pros:

Hotel se nachází na nádherném místě s fantastickým výhledem. Personál je velice milý a příjemný. Jídlo je naprosto vynikající. Psi jsou srdečně vítáni.
