Pros:

L’emplacement très proche de la gare, et pour autant pas bruyant du tout. Le petit déjeuner indien très bon.

Cons:

La pommeau de douche pas très efficace dû à beaucoup de calcaire.

Very disappointing stay with poor hygiene, unprofessional service, and not worth the price.
Pros:

The only positive aspect was that the manager was somewhat helpful later on and tried to accommodate us after we raised serious issues. The location was also reasonably convenient.

Cons:

We had a very poor experience from the moment we checked in. Despite booking a double room with a king-size bed and confirming our arrival well in advance, we were told upon arrival that no such room was available and were initially given a room with two single beds.

Later the same evening, we were suddenly told a king-size room was available, which raised concerns about how quickly the room had been turned over and cleaned.

The biggest issue was cleanliness and hygiene. After requesting room service/cleaning the next day, no cleaning was done at all. Worse, there was a mushroom growing out of the sink in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable and indicates serious hygiene problems.
Staff behavior was also disappointing—most of them were rude and unhelpful throughout the stay. When we requested a refund to leave early due to these issues, it was refused. Although they later moved us to a bigger room, it did not make up for the overall poor experience.

Considering the price we paid, the level of cleanliness, service, and professionalism was extremely low.

Comfortable stay with good location .
Pros:

The room was comfortable with a Central AC unit. There was more than enough storage space in the room so that the two suitcases we had could be easily storied.

The South Indian breakfast buffet was excellent and enough variety was there .

The hotel is about 12 minutes / 750 meters walk from the main attraction - Madurai Meenakshi Temple.

Cons:

The room we stayed had a shower head with a brownish color and looked as if it had not been repaired for a long time. Beyond that no other issues.

Easy to get auto to temple. Stay was comfortable.
Pros:

Room was neat and clean. Very quick check IN. Staff was very kind full.

Cons:

There was kettle for hot water but no tea bags or coffee powder, sugar nothing available.

Le personnel sympathique , l’emplacement proche de la gare , chambre spacieuse .

Cons:

La vétusté et la proprete de la salle de douche .
Chambre très spacieuse mais très sombre avec quelques travaux pour améliorer ( infiltration sur les murs , peinture très sale .)

Very neat and clean. Reasonable price. Tea bag and milk powder pouch could have been a great support.

Cons:

Suggest to keep small pouches of coffee, sugar, tea bags and cups as food is sourced from outside. This is essential in morning as nothing is available before 8am

Very close to Meenakshi temple and also Railway station
Breakfast is too good even though the place is small and we need to adjust
