No funcionaba el ascensor. No fue grave, eran 2 pisos
La ubicación es increíble, el desayuno está bastante bien, las instalaciones correctas y la habitación está muy bien. Hubo agua caliente en todo momento.
Las paredes tendrían que aislarlas, se escucha mucho ruido tanto en el interior mientras mueven cubiertos, recogen lo platos y los vasos y en el exterior gente gritando, las sirenas.

Beaucoup de bruit venant de la rue, mal isolée du bruit et ma demande d'être côté cours n'a pas été retenue.
La climatisation fonctionnait mal et faisait pas de froid, le bac de douche fuyait donc beaucoup d'eau dans la salle de bain.
La cercanía a restaurantes y tiendas.

Hreat location and some staff super helpful
When we arrived we had a room on ground floor with a really bad smell of sewerage that was unbearable. Had to request a new room, which ended up just being the adjoining room next door so wasn't really ready for stays. Ants everywhere and the room was right next to the restaurant so was very loud and unable to sleep.
Warm and friendly people and the restaurant is very good compared to others around.

The Location was the best and just one street away from popular areas with so many restaurants. Less than a 5 minute walk to Piazza Trilussa (a must see a night-lots of people and signing) Good traditional Italian breakfast. The staff (Claudia and the guys) were so friendly. Room was great. Shower and water pressure was great. AC was nice and cold. The bed was very comfortable. The is a restaurant with hotel rooms above and we loved it. Elevator was a plus.
Zero complaints about this place. We would stay here again. We stayed 3 nights in July of 2026.

The lift wasn’t working!!!!!!!!!! I have the spine- issues and the basic condition for me is a lift to my room.
The fridge was warming instead of cooling.
