ein bezauberndes kleinod mit viel liebe eingerichtet, kitschig, überladen aber dennoch mit
viel charme... wir sind jetzt das 2. mal dort gewesen und wieder von der freundlichkeit und
dem ambiente überzeugt, reichhaltiges frühstück und super-service.
das daneben liegende restaurant war ganz nach unserem geschmack und den abend haben
wir am beleuchteten pool ausklingen lassen.

ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, כל אחד מקבל הרגשה של מיוחדת עם שירות מדהים.
יש מגוון יפה מאוד של מאפים, סלט פירות טרי וטעים והמלצר שואל מה לשתות ואילו חביתות או פנקיקים או קרפ אתה מעוניין.

Ein Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail - leider fehlte mir die gleiche Liebe im Umgang mit den Gästen.

Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der erste Eindruck war für mich leider enttäuschend. Nach einem kurzen Hallo im Vorbeigehen wurde ich von der Inhaberin sofort darauf hingewiesen, dass ich mein Auto nicht in der Einfahrt stehen lassen dürfe. Dabei war offensichtlich, dass ich gerade dabei war, mein Gepäck auszuladen und nach oben zu tragen.

Beim Check-in erwähnte ich außerdem, dass ich unmittelbar davor einen Autounfall auf der Autobahn erlebt hatte und mir jemand von hinten aufgefahren war. Ich hatte ein Schleudertrauma. Umso mehr hat es mich überrascht, dass der Fokus weiterhin auf organisatorischen Hinweisen lag und nicht darauf, ob ich vielleicht Hilfe mit meinem Gepäck benötige.

Ebenfalls irritiert hat mich die Vielzahl an Schildern im Zimmer. Statt eines Willkommens fielen zunächst zahlreiche Hinweise auf, was alles nicht erlaubt ist oder zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Besonders ungewöhnlich fand ich den Hinweis auf die Privatsammlung seltener Hundefiguren sowie die Information, dass bei einer Beschädigung eines der "Kunstwerke" ein festgelegter Betrag berechnet wird. Kurios war, dass die Hunde u.a. auf Parkplätzen oder direkt vor der Badezimmertür platziert waren.

Selbstverständlich sind Hausregeln wichtig. Dennoch hatte ich insgesamt den Eindruck, dass Verbote und mögliche Kosten deutlich präsenter waren als Gastfreundschaft. Gerade von einem Boutique-Hotel hätte ich mir mehr Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft gewünscht.
