Pros:

La piscine pour les enfants étaient top et les animateurs super gentils, les repas étaient bon, dommage que la vaiselle n'était pas clean.

Cons:

Eau de la piscine bouillante, personnel du service restaurant pas agréable ( vaiselle mal lavé), musique trop forte de 11h à 23h non-stop, quand on a notre chambre juste au dessus pas agréable pour faire faire la sieste à notre enfant

Every thing we needed for short stay.

Nice public areas. Extensive grounds. Lots of activities/ entertainment.

Cons:

As an adult not using pool don’t wish to wear wristband.
One member of staff in pool bar area was very officious.
Some rooms/bathrooms need updating.

Cons:

Tem muitas crianças, parece um jardim de infância. Muito incômodo causado gritando no corredor.

A internet é pessima, muito lenta.

E o pior de tudo: O ar condicionado não funcionou adequadamente no verão. Passei 14 dias com temperatura em torno de 27 graus e tive que pedir um ventilador para suportar. Queria deixar o hotel mas não foi possível pois já havia pago.

Cons:

El personal era demasiado joven, a excepción del chef Manuel Moreno, y del personal del comedor Alejandra y Jaime, y en recepción de Vanessa, los demás con muy pocas ganas de trabajar ni espíritu ninguno.
La piscina muy limitada, demasiado pequeña para la gente del hotel, y lo de las tumbonas una vergüenza, a las 8h de la mañana estaban todas ocupadas.

Nie podobało mi się to że w barze przy basenie z jedzeniem były resztki ze śniadania, bardzo słabo to wyglądało🙁 płacenie za wszystkie napoje po godzinie 23, mimo posiadania ICD, nawet za torebkę herbaty trzeba było zapłacić po 23.
Najsłabsze było dla mnie jedzenie w hotelu, co ogólnie wpływa na całość hotelu. Moim zdaniem hotel jest na poziomie 3 gwiazdek.
Dużym minusem był również brak wieszaka do suszenia ręczników, plażowych i po prysznicu!!

Świetne wakacje
Pros:

Super pobyt, aquapark idealny dla 5-7 latków. Codziennie animacje i atrakcje dla dzieci. Jedzenie powtarzalne, mały wybór owoców ale smaczne i świeże. Miły i pomocny personel, czyste pokoje. Polecamy!

This hotel is nothing to write home about , rooms very tiny and not too clean . Hotel is very old , extremely very hot , the air conditioning wasn't working , everywhere in this hotel was hot as hell and for crying out loud , the temperature outside was like 39-40 degrees celcius and AC wasn't working , no air conditioning even in the hall way , your makeup will just cake up once you step outside your room , I had to get them to bring a fan for me during my stay, food was very mid , kids everywhere running wild and making noise , if you like peace and quiet avoid here like mad
