The worst place we ever stayed. So dreadful not like the picture at all

The owner yelled and rude.totally ugly
At least the owner should make effort to look a little nice. So dreadful and felt relieved to leave. Window all locked. It looked like a prisoner cell. bad!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof. Der Service war sehr freundlich, die Betten bequem und alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sogar besser als erwartet.

Für zwei Nächte während unseres Städtetrips war es super. Einfaches Check-in sogar schon vor der angegebenen Zeit, Gepäck wurde aufbewahrt und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

La habitación del hotel estaba sucia, había manchas de humedad y moho tanto en la habitación como en la ducha. Las paredes estaban sucias y con desconchones por todas partes. Acabados muy pobres. La percha del baño caída y metida en el mueble del lavabo. El ventilador del baño y la nevera muy ruidosos. La habitación estaba fría y la colcha de la cama era muy finita.

Bardzo miły personel. Super lokalizacja jeśli jedzie się też do innych miast bo 10 minut spacerem jest dworzec, blisko też jest stacja metra. Good value for the money, clean and lovely staff but noisy road.
Pros:

Clean room, modern and big bathroom. The room had everything you need including AC, fridge, kettle, coffee, toiletries.

Cons:

By a very noisy road, no sound isolation, big several trucks woke us up in the morning. I am a light sleeper and had an awful night. The fridge was making too much noise so I unplugged it. Our friends got a room on the other side of the corridor and when I asked the receptionist if they had a room that's not facing the road, the answer was no. Friends said their room was quiet.

Tutto bene, consigliato.
Pros:

Tutto. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La gentil signora che si occupava delle pulizie è stata gentile e cortese e premurosa. Tutto bene.

Cons:

L’unico problema ma non per un disservizio, è stato che la camera 204 era leggermente fuori range per il wifi, quindi prendeva poco. In caso andiate li per lavoro chiedete eventualmente una camera posizionata leggermente più centrale all’interno della struttura.
