Eine Übernachtung überstanden wir.
Pros:

Diw hervorragende Küchenleistung einschl. dem freundlichen und perfektem Service im Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Klimanlage funtionierte nicht und abschalten konnte man den Ventilator ebenfalls nicht.
Am Spülkasten in der Toilette blieb die Taste hängen und das Wasser lief durch.
An der EIngangstüre fiel bei leichtem Ziehen die komplette Türklinke ab.

Alles nur Kleinigkeiten und Schwachpunkte die in einem guten Hotel so nicht erwartbar sind. Zeigt jedoch die geringe Schulung des house keeping sowie den fehlenden Haustechniker.

Ein sehr schöner, entspannter Ort, um die Gegend rund um Asti zu erkunden
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig und ein wenig abgeschieden in einem kleinen Ort. Von der schönen Terrasse und von den Zimmern hat man einen sehr schönen Blick ins Land.
Auch der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Der Frühstücksraum, der am Abend auch als Restaurant dient, könnte gemütlicher sein.

L'accoglienza della proprietaria.
La pace e il silenzio della struttura.
Un panorama mozzafiato sulle colline in provincia di Asti.

Cons:

Tante cimici in camera. Sicuramente dovute al fatto del cambio temperatura e della vicinanza con la natura. Non ci hanno dato fastidio ma ne ho purtroppo dovute buttare fuori dalla finestra almeno una dozzina.

mooi ontbijt dat buiten op de terras kon genuttigd worden.

Michelin Restaurant teilweise nicht gut.
Ein Gericht muss den Eigengeschmack des Produktes erkennen lassen. Das Lamm und die Muscheln waren total übersüsst. Auf die Reklamation bekamen wir keine Reaktion.
Ich war schon in 248 Michelin in der Welt aber Hauptgerichte die süßer als ein Dessert sind habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Der Pool und die Liegen bedürfen einer Reinigung und teilweise Restaurierung.

Het mooie dakterras niet beschikbaar omwille van allerlei feesten en op een andere dag allemaal voorbehouden plaatsen…. Niet voor hotel gasten…
Lawaaierig omwille van feesten en auto’s en om hierom van kamer te wisselen niet mogelijk ook al waren er nog kamers vrij!
