Accueil et service client lamentable (réception et bar déclarés ouvert jusqu'à 21h mais refus de servir à 19h45 ...). L'accès est compliqué (hôtel dans la montagne avec 1 voie étroite et très pentue sur 500 m sans croisement possible). Chambres très basiques sans équipements, salle de bain hors d'âge, literie inconfortable ... pas de restauration vu l'isolement de l'hôtel.

Beautiful views and a comfortable stay, although the breakfast was disappointing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were nice and helpful, and the view was absolutely amazing.

Cons:

What disappointed me, however, was the breakfast. When we made the booking, there was no clear information that breakfast would be served from a limited menu rather than as a buffet, as shown in the photos.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. There were only a few options available, such as cheese, two types of ham, croissants, cereal with yoghurt, eggs, as well as tea and coffee. There were no vegetables and very few other options to choose from.

Another downside was that breakfast had to be ordered from the menu and brought to the table by the staff. If you wanted to have a quick breakfast before going on a trip, it was quite difficult, as you had to wait for someone to take your order and then bring the food. We were expecting a buffet-style breakfast, especially based on the photos shown when booking.

It was also a little surprising that there was no kettle or tea-making facilities in the room. We asked for a kettle towards the end of our stay, and the staff provided one for us.

Zeer mooie plek met fantastisch zicht vanuit het zwembad. Een eigen terras. Vriendelijk onthaal. Goed ontbijt à la carte.

The room was a good size. And the views are amazing. Breakfast is served at the table and everything is so fresh. They also give you a beach umbrella If needed
