Ho soggiornato di recente in questa struttura e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza, caratterizzata da luci quasi accecanti e una piccola ombra finale. I punti di forza:Accoglienza e Staff: La gentilezza del personale è da vero cinque stelle. Mi sono sentita coccolata dal primo all'ultimo momento; la professionalità qui è di casa. Ristorazione: La cena è stata semplicemente ottima. Materie prime di altissima qualità e una cura nell'impiattamento che riflette pienamente il costo della struttura.Servizi: Tutto ciò che riguarda i servizi generali dell'hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli

L'unico neo, che per me è stato motivo di forte disagio, riguarda la gestione della zona benessere. Nonostante l'ambiente sia lussuoso, non è specificato in modo esplicito (né sul sito, né al momento del check-in) che l'accesso alla zona wellness sia consentito esclusivamente senza indumenti. Ritengo che, in una struttura di questo livello, la libertà individuale debba essere garantita: avrei preferito avere la possibilità di restare coperta da un asciugamano in spugna per sentirmi a mio agio. Trovarsi di fronte a questa "regola non scritta" all'ultimo momento non è piacevole.

Wygodny pobyt w hotelu przed świętami Wielkanocnymi, z końcem marca 2026.

Uprzejmość, życzliwość oraz fachowość pracowników recepcji. Wyśmienite i różnorodne śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Czyste i bardzo przytulne pokoje dobrze wyposażone i wyciszone. Możliwość parkowania samochodu w garażu, blisko narciarni.

Cons:

Byłem nie zadowolony z udziwnionych dań podawanych na kolację, które były nie smaczne. Mimo mojego nie wybrednego gustu, nie byłem wstanie wybrać jedzenia, które by mi smakowało. Brak szafek w narciarni.

Gelungener Urlaub auf der Seiser Alm
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt für Langläufer und Alpinskifahrer mit Blick auf den Schlern und Lang-und Plattkofel. Zur Loipe und zur Piste sind es ca 100 m. Einzig die Auffahrt, die man hinabgehen muss, ist sehr glatt. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr herzlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Essen gut und die Massagen perfekt. Es gibt einen schönen Indoorpool (20 m), einen kleinen Außenpool,sowie eine 90 Grad-Sauna, 1 Dampfbad und eine Biosauna.
Von der Bar aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Schlern. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Dolomiten-Blick nehmen, dann sieht man auch die Kofels.

Cons:

Leider gibt es weder aus der Sauna, noch aus dem Restaurant oder dem Schwimmbad einen Bergblick. Dafür aber sobald man aus der Tür tritt, das volle Panorama der Seiser Alm. Sonst war alles sehr schön

Fantastic stay in a stunning location.
Pros:

Amazing choice at breakfast and dinner. I was really impressed with the standard of the main meals each night. I didn't always have all the courses as too much food for me. You can also pick n choose from the vegetarian menu. They offer cake and tea mid afternoon (included in the half board) but I was always out exploring so didn't try this. Staff go out of their way to be helpful and very friendly. Great location. Fantastic spa, I had a lovely Alpine Spice treatment. Left me feeling very relaxed. I wish I'd booked to stay here for the remainder of my trip, sad to leave.

Pros:

Hotel top: posizione centrale, bel reparto Wellness, buona cura e pulizia delle camere, cucina ottima ed attrezzata per celiaci offrendo cibo senza glutine sia per colazione che cena (ovviamente bisogna avvisare per tempo alla prenotazione)

Cons:

La temperatura della piscina interna poteva essere più calda.

Parking was convenient and secure, located inside an indoor garage.
All the staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every department.

Dinner was delicious, served as a course meal with a self-service appetizer section. The ingredients used were of high quality.

Cons:

Breakfast, however, had limited choices. There were no fresh salad vegetables, and the egg dishes were quite bland. No sauces or seasonings were provided on the tables.

The pillows were not very comfortable — one was too flat and hard, while the other was too soft.
