Pros:

People makes a place great. The owner, staff (Mahendra, Gauri, Titiksha, Kalpesh) was awesome.

If you want a peaceful stay in Konkan, go for this. Mind you, it is middle of no where though!
Pros:

Location, peace, well maintained property, large rooms.

Cons:

Less options to eat.
Note: not a beach facing property exactly. The beach is across the road from the property.

We paid 28k Rs for 2rooms which is extremely overpriced. We found that there were other properties offering similar pond

The location is good

Cons:

The staff was not trained maybe to handle tourists because the receptionists seemed rude and wanted to extract as much money as possible.

Good place for calm & cool vacation.
Pros:

Location is 10/10, right across the beach.
Room size was big enough for 3 adults.
Cleanliness was 10/10.
Separate room for luggage is very good idea. Staff was co-operative but not experienced.
Beach is superb, clean, less crowded.
Water sports at beach was like icing on cake.
Restaurant was little small with limited food items.

Cons:

I booked room for 3 persons. Our booking mentioned total amount to be paid + GST for 3 persons. But we were charged extra ₹1,500 per night for 3rd person. I wrote to customer care of booking.com, but did not receive any reply. I would like have this extra payment returned back to me.
