Excellent stay!
Pros:

Good value, nice and spacious room, giant balcony, good amenities included. The staff is very helpful, friendly and nice, and the restaurant har really good food! Everything was spotless clean!

Cons:

The beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Next to my room's window there is a big ventilation tube (probably from the kitchen) that is a bit loud.

Amabilitate, liniste, curatenie.
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil. Camera a fost curata si incalzita. Micul dejun a fost bogat si diversificat. Hotelul are o parcare incapatoare.

Pros:

I really like the room, especially the bed as it was really comfortable, the room was very clean and nice smell. The receptionist was a gentleman too.

Cons:

I didn’t really like the restaurant staff, they was really rude with no reason ,they was starring at me by the time I entered to check in at the hotel . They made me feel soo uncomfortable, this is why I didn’t even dare to go and eat at the restaurant. Too bad because I heard the food was good and I really wanted to try it.

Mi e' piaciuta la comodita' di avere il parcheggio ed il ristorante nello stesso posto della camera. Il ristorante e' buono. Le camere hanno un balcone.

La colazione non mi e' piaciuta , ed era cara.

Loved everything there
Pros:

The hotel is very modern, clean, comfortable, providing everything one can think of when it comes to hospitality. The room was probably the biggest we ever stayed in, very cosy, they have hardwood floors and walk in shower with very good water pressure, everything is new, great storing space, mini fridge, etc. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows, linens were crispy clean and smelled really fresh. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The restaurant is top notch, great food, good size portions at a very affordable price. The location is absolutely fantastic, it is located in a new, modern, youthful neighborhood, stores and restaurants nearby, a very nice playground that is either very new or it is kept in pristine condition, very clean and entertaining for the young. We felt at home and felt really sorrow we stayed just one night, will most definitely return to Vâlcea, which is a recently discovered gem and absolutely will stay again at this hotel.
