La gentilezza del personale nel cercare di fare il meglio nonostante le difficoltà.

Cons:

Ho prenotato al Baltic e mi sono trovato deviato all'Ariston. Non mi è piaciuto che nella sala da pranzo facesse freddo e tutti gli ospiti mangiassero con il giaccone. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la macchinetta delle bevande e della colazione non funzionasse già dal primo giorno e che il servizio bar venisse svolto dalla ragazza della reception tra una telefonata e l'altra.
Non mi è piaciuto che una sera, senza un preventivo avviso a tutti gli ospiti, la cena si sia svolta presso un ristorante sulla spiaggia. Il ristorante era ad 1,5 km di distanza ed abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi nel raggiungere il locale; tuttavia il lato positivo e che abbiamo mangiato al caldo.
