Pros:

Room had great views, breakfast was decent and the lady at the front desk (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) was incredibly nice, helpful, and sweet. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and assist us. She really made a positive difference to our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience at breakfast was the complete opposite. The man working there was quite rude, shouting at both colleagues and guests, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

Bett ok. Parken an der Straße ausnahmsweise kostenlos außerhalb Saison (aber easypark wollte Geld)

Cons:

1. Zimmer inakzeptabel (flackerndes Licht, Toilettenpapierhalterung lose, ...). 2. Zimmer: Wasser immer max. nur lauwarm, Dusche lief nicht ab, Chlorgeruch im Zimmer, Plastikeinwegbecher. Zudem Zutritt zum Pool nicht erlaubt bzw indoor nur für 85 EUR als Spa.Koffer mussten Freitreppe hochgetragen werden.Obst verfault zum Frühstück usw

Das freundliche Personal macht alles wett und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig und das Buffet sehr schön angerichtet.
Warme Eierspeisen gab es nicht, dafür verschiedene Säfte, Süsses, Salziges, Früchte und alles schön angerichtet und schmackhaft.
Die Lage war sehr gut und das Meer nur über die Strasse. Für Sonnenanbeter und Wasserratten im Sommer sicher ein guter Ort.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkte eher neu und modern, wobei in unserem Zimmer an der Dusche bereits etwas defekt war. Die Einrichtung entsprach nicht meinem Geschmack und im Bad gab es keine Ablagen und das Waschbecken war sehr klein und tief.

Der Aufgang zur Rezeption war über eine Treppe ohne Geländer, das fand ich für Gehbehinderte nicht so praktisch.
Das Auto konnten wir problemlos auf der Strasse parken. Viel Verkehr gab es nicht, daher war die Lage ruhig und man konnte sehr gut schlafen.
Im Haus gab es einen SPA und diverse Anwendungen können gebucht werden, das hatten wir aber nicht genutzt und auch nicht angeschaut. Der Zugang zum SPA muss extra bezahlt werden.

Hatten id kard vergessen. Wurden informiert. Hätte aber beim aus checken eigentlich auffallen müssen. 1 Stunde 30 verloren. Trotzdem danke

Staff fine. problem with no air con. . It was set to heating mode and we couldn't change . You couldn't do anything. we turned off and so hot. We had to sleep with the door open all night. And dogs next door barked alot. So if door had been shut . the dogs would of been fine. I would stay again. But only if I could control the air con. so very poor sleep. But nice hotel location etc
