Excellent service amazing hotel unreal views

I would not consider this a “Luxury” hotel.
Rooms are small. We had a junior suite with private pool. There is no space , except the floor, to put a full size suitcase. No draws to put clothes . The other problem is they give you 1 room key which has to be used to control the AC and lights. So when you go out and take the key with you, the AC does not run. When you return from being out, the room is very warm. Thankful we had the private pool to cool down while the room cooled down, Everything else was just ok, not bad but not great either.

Loved the rooftop pool and distance to the old town. I also liked that the hotel has its own section of the beach and it’s not crowded. The room was nice and modern too. Breakfast was great and staff were very nice.

We thought this hotel was just ok/average, location is not ideal but if staying at a hotel this is kinda the area. The beach is incredibly rocky where the hotels are located and its a good walk if you want to visit the historic city center streets where all the shopping and restaurants are located. The rooms were both underwhelming, appeared clean for the most part but we definitely noticed several areas for improvement. We were also traveling with our children, emailed the hotel in advance to ensure the rooms were close to each other, assured they would be and upon check in were told it was not possible with an "oh well" attitude. The staff didn't do anything to make or break our stay, likely will try the Sea Palace on our next trip or an Air B&B in a better location. Our kids got room 001 which is right next to the breakfast area and the staff were incredibly loud very early in the morning. There is also a night club across the street that is quite loud, we were on the first floor and the outside doors to hallways are left open so you can hear the club until they close.

Great location and comfortable room, although very irritating that there were no drawers, but some hanging space, so we lived out of suitcases for a week!! The Receptionist on our arrival was unhelpful to the point of rudeness. I did have a massage which was great. The roof pool and bar were great, but it was disappointing that food was only served for a limited time. The indoor bar was erratic in its opening with no ice available. We expected more and better management from a 4star hotel.

La colazione è un vero punto di forza: ricca e golosa, con un'ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.
La spiaggia è splendida e ben organizzata, con spazi pensati per godersi il mare in totale tranquillità, senza affollamento.
Ringraziamo di cuore la struttura e tutto il personale per averci regalato un ricordo bellissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!
