PECCATO PER LA POSIZIONE OTTIMA E PERSONALE GENTILE, MA HOTEL MOLTO VECCHIO E PULIZIA INESISTENTE
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicina alla spiaggia e al centro di Milano Marittima. Apprezzabile lo spazio piscina, ben curato e la possibilità di utilizzare una palestra con molti attrezzi. Il personale educato e disponibile.

Cons:

Le camere sono veramente TROPPO SPORCHE, al nostro arrivo in tarda serata, abbiamo dovuto dare una pulita in autonomia, altrimenti non sarebbero state sfruttabili. Il giorno successivo abbiamo richiesto una pulizia profonda, ma purtroppo abbiamo concezioni diverse di pulizia. Ragnatele nel tetto mansardato proprio sopra al letto, polvere alta su tutta la camera, capelli dentro la doccia. Capisco il buon prezzo, ma questa sporcizia non è tollerabile. Inoltre l'hotel è veramente vecchio, le camere e gli spazi comuni hanno un odore di vecchio, che sarebbe facilmente rimediabile sostituendo almeno i materassi nelle camere.

In buona posizione. Le aree comuni dell'hotel sono curate. La nostra camera, una tripla, aveva letti davvero comodi.

Il bagno invece avrebbe bisogno di qualche sistemazione. E la pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata.
