Hôtel magnifique avec une vue magnifique. La chambre était parfaite, spacieuse et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour des plus confortables.

Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre expérience inoubliable, c’est le personnel. Toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible à tout moment, à la moindre question et toujours là pour nous aider et rendre notre séjours le plus agréable possible.

Une mention spéciale également au service de nettoyage, qui entretenait notre chambre de façon impeccable chaque jour, avec de délicates attentions, comme notre pyjama soigneusement plié sur le lit.

Cet hôtel est déjà exceptionnel par lui-même, mais c’est son personnel qui le rend véritablement unique. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe !

We were completely blown away with the room — I knew we were getting a split-level, but I didn’t expect it would also offer two bathrooms, which was a delight. The view was also beyond anything we could’ve imagined.

The staff was outstanding. Throughout our short stay, we felt very well taken care of. The staff helped us with recommendations for where to go for the nearby beaches (which are just a 20min ride away if you have a car, or you can rent the BIT scooters, and reach the nearest beach within 30-40min), and secured a taxi for us for our checkout. They were also very kind and friendly throughout, always greeting us with a smile and enthusiasm.

The location is also perfect, literally a 5min walk to the Old Town, less than 10min to the centre of the New Town. Everything is just a stone throw away & historical landmarks are literally visible from the room. The city has amazing restaurants full of tasty, budget-friendly food. Hotel breakfast is very good too, lots of options to choose from. The croissants especially are divine.

I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. I’ve already been recommending it to everyone. If you go to Taranto, definitely stay here.
