La restauracion…comida y cena con un solo menú….para un hotel de està categoria deberian dar por lo menos 3 platos a elegir en primeros y segundos…
Lo peor es que llegas cargado de equipaje y nadie te ayuda….tienes que subirlo y bajarlo tú….francamente esto no está a altura de la categoría del hotel

Pros:

The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. The room and the facilities were great. We enjoyed being outside of Ortisei and the free hotel shuttle made it easy to get into town.

Pros:

Fantastiskt rum med stor altan och utsikt över bergen. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal och mysigt spa. De hade en egen shuttle som körde vart vi ville, smidigt då det inte var lätt att hitta parkering inne i byn.

Pros:

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel! The breakfast and dinner included was very good and we absolutely loved using the wellness center each day after hiking. The staff was very kind and attentive to detail. The shuttle into town was easy to go where ever we needed. Definitely plan on coming back again!

My wife and I LOVED everything about this hotel and CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK. I would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting to visit this section of the Dolomites and Ortisei. The staff and service were superb. Our room had a beautiful view of the town and mountain range. The outdoor sitting areas were comfortable and beautifully kept. And the food? Oh goodness, don't get me started on the food. If you're wondering whether to eat in town or at the hotel, you will ALWAYS want to eat at the hotel. The spa was incredible after long days of biking and/or hiking. Couldn't recommend more and my wife and I plan to come back without our families next year. Thank you so much, Niblea!

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was rich, offering everything one could want. Many guests appear to have liked the juice machine which allowed them to turn whatever they liked into juice. I am a little simpler and found enough variety in the 5+ juices that had been offered as well.
The hotel offered a shuttle service to reach any spot in Ortisei, which we enjoyed using. Although one also received a Val Gardena Guest Pass, which allowed free usage of the public transport network in the valley.
The positive list of things would be incomplete without mentioning the super friendly staff which made the place feel like visiting friends.

Cons:

Nothing, I can't think of anything that would need any kind of improvements.

אהבנו הכל! החדרים, הניקיון, השירות, האוכל המושלם.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה וכמו כן ארוחת ערב עשירה וטעימה מאוד!
הצוות עוזר בכל דבר בחיוך. בקבלה היינו צריכים לבצע קצת טלפונים מקומיים והם ששו לעזור בהכל והתעניינו לאחר מכן אם הבעיה נפתרה.
הבריכה מושלמת!!! הנוף לאורטיזיי, מיקום מושלם!
הכל הכל מעולה!
