Please note that public transport through ferry boat is available until 18:30. Private boat transfer can be arranged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Loved our one night stay - would return!
Pros:

Room came with a small balcony that provided a lovely view, especially in the morning. Wonderfully comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Charming nautical design. Staff were pleasant and very helpful! Would return.

Cons:

Both dinner and breakfast were tasty but food wasn't served hot, more room temperature. Once the last ferry leaves, everything closes up and there isn't much to do or places to drink/eat. Great for a night or a weekend but wouldn't stay longer than that.

Einmalige Lage - romantische Umgebung - ein traumhafter Balkon - wundervolle Aussicht - grossartiges Personal! Feines Essen! Einfach traumhaft! - Ein Ort zum Verlieben!

Das Frühstück dürfte noch etwas gesünder sein! Mehr gesundes Vollkornbrot , ein gesünderes Müesli!

Das Boutique Hotel Elvezia auf Isola Bella ist ein Ort, an dem Romantik nahezu garantiert ist. Die einzigartige Lage direkt auf der berühmten Borromäischen Insel, umgeben vom glitzernden Lago Maggiore und den historischen Gärten, schafft eine Atmosphäre, die besonders Paare begeistert. Ob beim Frühstück mit Seeblick, einem Abendspaziergang durch die verwinkelten Gassen der Insel oder beim Sonnenuntergang über dem Wasser – hier entstehen Erinnerungen, die lange bleiben.
Besonders faszinierend ist auch der geschichtliche Hintergrund des Ortes. Allein die Tatsache, dass bereits Napoléon Bonaparte auf Isola Bella verweilte, verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Dimension. Man spürt förmlich die Geschichte, die diesen außergewöhnlichen Ort geprägt hat.

La camera con vista vale il soggiorno!
Pros:

Posizione ottima, staff gentile e disponibile, camera con vista lago meravigliosa. Viaggiavamo con un bimbo di un anno e mezzo, lo staff è sempre stato molto accogliente anche per richieste relative a lui.

Cons:

L’insonorizzazione delle stanze non è il massimo. Migliorerei un po’ la colazione (apprezzo i quantitativi ponderati per evitare sprechi, però migliorerei la qualità delle torte)

Pros:

Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis auf der Isola Bella zu übernachten. Wir werden gerne im Sommer wiederkommen, wenn man im See schwimmen kann.
Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr gastfreundlich.
Obwohl es ein sehr touristischer Ort ist, überhaupt keine "Massenabfertigung".
Wir konnten auch unkompliziert unser Gepäck einstellen.

Cons:

Tutto molto bene.

Breakfast was very good, maybe lacking vegeterian non-sweet options (eg hash browns, etc). Particularly appreciated Italian sweet options. Would have liked "classic" stuff such as pancakes.
View was incredible

Cons:

The only way to have dinner on the island was in the restaurant of the hotel, which was good but the quantities were incredibly small.
