Accoglienza eccellente e posizione ideale
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino al mare e in una zona tranquilla. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, davvero un’accoglienza impeccabile. Colazione super ricca e varia. La struttura è molto pulita. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, assolutamente consigliato : )

La struttura è super accogliente e vanta un'ottima posizione, vicinissima sia al centro che alla stazione. Ho apprezzato molto anche la buona colazione.

Cons:

Ci sono alcuni aspetti del soggiorno che potrebbero essere migliorati. In camera mancava l'asciugacapelli e, per quanto riguarda il kit di cortesia, ho trovato a disposizione solamente il sapone per le mani e solamente un flacone di bagnodoccia condiviso probabilmente con gli altri ospiti. La pulizia del bagno era nel complesso accettabile, ma suggerirei un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli, in quanto ho notato qualche capello nel lavandino e nella vasca. Inoltre, lo scarico di quest'ultima faticava a far defluire l'acqua in modo ottimale durante la doccia. Infine, l'insonorizzazione della camera andrebbe rivista: purtroppo la stanza risulta un po' rumorosa e durante la notte si percepivano i rumori provenienti dalla strada e il passaggio degli altri ospiti

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely family hotel. From the first day we felt very welcome and cared for.

The owner is an absolutely amazing woman. She was so kind to us every morning, prepared our breakfast table and gave small little gifts to our two-year-old son. It was very sweet and touching.

During our stay our son got sick and he was not eating well. In the evening, in her own free time, she offered to cook something for him that he usually likes to eat at home. We told her that he likes oatmeal cooked with water. For her it was something completely new, she did not even know what oatmeal was. But she went to the shop, bought it and cooked it especially for our son. This meant so much to us and we will never forget it.

Her husband is also a very kind and pleasant man. The girl at the reception was also very friendly, professional and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us with everything we needed.

The hotel has a very warm and family atmosphere. It is not just about good service, you can really feel the kindness and care from the people who run this place.

We are very grateful for everything and will remember this hotel with so much warmth. I truly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a place with heart.

Un lugar especial para recorrer la Liguria
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado al frente de la playa. Sus instalaciones son tradicionales y delicadamente decoradas. Nosotros llegamos antes del check-in y fuimos recibidos con gran delicadeza, nos ofrecieron café, deliciosas galletas y croissants. El desayuno era abundante y variado. Eramos un grupo familiar de siete personas y todas las mañanas nuestra mesa de siete estaba puesta. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el baño espacioso. En cuanto a limpieza todo nítido. Ese hotel fue una gran decisión!
