Un séjour absolument inoubliable ❤️
Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques dans cet hôtel, et tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Ce qui nous a le plus touchés, c’est cette incroyable gentillesse méditerranéenne que l’on ressent partout, dans chaque sourire, chaque attention, chaque échange. Tout le personnel, sans aucune exception, a été d’une bienveillance et d’un professionnalisme remarquables.
Un immense merci également aux agents de l’accueil pour leur compréhension, leur disponibilité et leur accueil chaleureux qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison dès notre arrivée.
Les repas étaient délicieux : des plats savoureux, généreux et préparés avec soin chaque jour. On ressent l’amour du détail aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans le service. Mention spéciale pour les sourires constants du personnel qui rendent l’ambiance encore plus agréable.
Les chambres étaient impeccables, très propres et confortables, avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin, un vrai havre de paix où il faisait bon se réveiller chaque matin.
Et un grand merci à Nicola, avec qui nous avons beaucoup sympathisé. Sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et son authenticité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial.
Cet hôtel n’est pas simplement un endroit où dormir, c’est un lieu où l’on se sent accueilli, respecté et choyé. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et une seule envie : revenir très vite.
Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés à toutes les personnes qui recherchent chaleur humaine, qualité, détente et authenticité 🌿✨

Pros:

Colazione a buffet, completa con prodotti sia da forno che salati, compatibile un tre stelle. Complimenti.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, i servizi erano sufficienti per lo standard della struttura. Abbiamo riscontrato un piccolo problema con la temperatura della sorgente termale, ma superabile è per niente gravescente sul soggiorno.

Hotel agréable, avc jardin,à 10 minutes du centre, des transports en commun .
Chambre simple, propre avc balcon,vue sur le jardin.
Appréciable, les 2 piscines thermales, surtout celle à l'intérieur qui est chaude.
Personnel gentil, service de restauration très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Nous avons très bien mangé tous les jours et c'était très copieux.

Cons:

La piscine extérieure ne semblait pas très entretenue, pédiluve sale et vide.
Bcp de traces noires de moisissure sur la mosaïque.
Isolation des murs insuffisante, on entend tout entre les différentes chambres.

Pros:

Good location very close to the center, good food: breakfast quite similar each day, supper was great ( each day different fish, meat and vegetable positions): you can choose the option in the morning during the breakfast. Cleaning and towels change - every day.

Cons:

Water in inside pool was not so warm as mentioned. Îs recommended some nice music during the supper.

A very good family hotel in a great location, but for people who like to walk at least 10-15 minutes

Struttura ottimale, molto vicino a piedi dal centro, personale gentile e cortese, cibo ottimo!

Cons:

Purtroppo avevamo una camera piano terra che affacciava sulla piscina, che confinava con un altra camera dove non c’era insonorizzazione, praticamente sentivamo qualsiasi rumore dei vicini. A parte questo tutto super!
