Tolle Lage, modernes sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war recht dunkel.
Für das bessere Zimmer musste ich ein Upgrade bezahlen ohne das man mit mir den Preis diskutiert hatte.

Frühstück nicht im preis inklusive.
Die Qualität und Auswahl entsprach nicht dem Hotel Niveau.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole sotto alcuni aspetti, ma con margini di miglioramento soprattutto per quanto rigua

La struttura è molto curata, con camere confortevoli e arredamenti eleganti che rendono il soggiorno piacevole. Ho apprezzato anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre cordiale durante tutta la permanenza.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono stati alcuni aspetti negativi che hanno inciso sull’esperienza. Non sono riuscita ad accedere alla spa dell’hotel perché risultava sempre piena e spesso occupata anche da clienti esterni. Considerando che si tratta di uno dei pochi hotel a Trani con questo servizio, e anche il costo non indifferente del soggiorno, trovo poco corretto che non venga garantita la possibilità di accesso agli ospiti della struttura.

Inoltre, durante il servizio di refresh della stanza, gli asciugamani non sono stati sostituiti, dettaglio che mi aspettavo fosse gestito con maggiore attenzione.
