Emplacement central dans le cœur de Bologne.
Nous avons été upgradés car nous restions plus de 5 nuits. La taille de la chambre était donc très appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner est magnifique sur les photos mais est nul en réalité : pas frais, pas chaud... la même tarte toute la semaine, l'eau citronnée non changée et qui sentait mauvais, les yaourts tièdes, le pain rassi... Pas de café à disposition, il faut demander alors que la cafetière est sur le comptoir mais elle est toujours vide. Nous n'avons pas compris les autres commentaires sur le petit dejeuner. Sauf une seule journée où tout était bizarrement OK, en présence probable de la direction ou d'un contrôle ?
Ménage un peu léger, surtout pour plus de 5 nuits.

Doccia più moderna, assolutamente ci vuole la zanzariera nella finestra a soffitto del bagno, zanzariera nelle finestre della camera, toglierei rivestimento pareti in moquette, e assolutamente da verniciare a lucido e con pittura protettiva le travi in legno nel soffitto, oltre che proprio per l'altezza risultavano piene di polvere.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Feinkostläden sind sofort zu erreichen. Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig, aber im Hotel ist es nicht laut.
Die Betten sind relativ schmal und für unseren persönlichen Geschmack etwas weich. Zimmer mit Twin Betten waren bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht verfügbar. Aber grundsätzlich war das Zimmer gut.
Location was in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.

Our stay at this wonderful family-run hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was perfect, and the quality, care, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.
The location could not be better – right in the heart of the historic Old Town, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Despite its central location, the hotel offers an atmosphere of comfort, calm, and relaxation.
The rooms and facilities are beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The air conditioning and ventilation system worked perfectly, providing a very comfortable indoor climate at all times – something that makes a real difference, especially during warmer days.
Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. It was clear that the same attention to detail found throughout the hotel also goes into the food and service.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the people behind it. This is a family-run hotel, and we found it both remarkable and increasingly rare that the owners themselves are present and personally involved. During our stay, we met the father, daughter, and son, as well as other family members and the wonderful supporting staff who work alongside them. The entire team shares a very special atmosphere. You can immediately sense that they respect one another, communicate naturally, and genuinely enjoy working together. Nothing feels forced or purely professional – there is warmth, sincerity, and a real sense of hospitality. And as a guest, you feel this at every step.
It is rare to find a hotel where an outstanding location, excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, comfort, superb breakfast, and genuinely personal hospitality all come together so perfectly.

Die Lage ist ultimativ toll. Mittendrin. Wunderbar. Wir wurden vom Personal gut betreut, als sich unsere Ankunft ungeplant deutlich verpätete. Schönes Zimmer, sehr sympathisches Personal.
Ein rein persönlicher Geschmack - das Bett ist etwas schmal (Twin-Bett-Zimmer war leider nicht mehr verfügbar).
