Das ganze Hotel ist der hammer.Wir waren sehr zufrieden in allem. Das Frühstück war der Hammer es gab von allem etwas was das Herz begehrt.Auch die Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Cena e colazione ottime e abbondanti. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

L’area wellness/spa appare un po’ troppo lasciata all’auto‑gestione e avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore attenzione. L’acqua delle piscine era piuttosto fredda e la zona relax risultava poco tranquilla a causa del continuo passaggio di bambini. Anche le regole relative all’abbigliamento in sauna e all’accesso dei più piccoli non erano chiare. Inoltre non c’era nessuno dello staff presente per dare supporto o fornire indicazioni.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber und auch das Personal super freundlich. Es gibt einen schönen Wellnessbereich und sogar ein Schwimmbad - alles was man im Urlaub schätzt…
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendmenü war top!

Einfach spitze
Pros:

Sehr familiäres Hotel. Zuvorkommendes sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.
Waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort, kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Da gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Colazione e cena di un livello straordinario, staff cortese e disponibile. Bello avere un evento diverso tutte le sere.

Cons:

La tv in camera era vecchia e mal funzionante, troppi bambini in piscina con conseguente rumore assordante, difficile rilassarsi.

Colazione buona e abbondante come anche la cena. L'area spa è sicuramente un punto in più. Ma quello che fa la differenza è il personale, sono stati tutti gentili e attenti non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

Era tutto perfetto. Se devo trovare un difetto la temperatura della piscina era un po' bassa e mancava il bidet nella camera. Ma per il resto Non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema la struttura è perfetta anche così.

La gentilezza del personale, sempre sorridente e molto disponibile. Ottima la qualità e la varietà del cibo. Gli spazi dedicati al benessere – piscine, spa, sauna e area relax – sono molto curati, accoglienti e ben tenuti.

In una delle camere (n. 107) era presente un odore non molto gradevole, probabilmente proveniente dal tappeto.
