Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns überzeugt.
Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Der Service war in allen Bereichen top.
Die Wanderung mit Giovanna zum Kloster war sehr schön.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Die Hotelanlage inklusive der Poolbereiche lädt zum entspannen ein.
Die Stadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Der eingezäunte große Parkplatz ist praktisch.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn an der Poolbar Eis verkauft werden würde.
Ich hätte mir flüssige Seife im Bad gewünscht.
Günstigere Preise für Speisen und Getränke an der Poolbar.

Fint rom, men misvisende markedsføring av utsikten gjorde oppgraderingen til en stor skuffelse.

Meget god frokost, hyggelig betjening, rent og fint

Cons:

Vi valgte å oppgradere til et av hotellets dyrere rom fordi annonsen viste et rom med utsikt mot hage og basseng, samt boblebad på terrassen. Det som ikke fremgikk av annonsen, var at tilsvarende rom også finnes i en helt annen del av hotellet.

Rommet i seg selv var fint, men utsikten var svært skuffende – rett mot EuroSpar, en bensinstasjon, en trafikkert vei og en naboblokk. I tillegg var det betydelig trafikkstøy. Dette var stikk motsatt av det inntrykket annonsen ga, og hovedgrunnen til at vi valgte å betale ekstra for oppgraderingen.

Hadde hotellet opplyst at rommene hadde ulike beliggenheter og utsikter, ville vi valgt et annet rom eller et annet hotell. Selve romstandarden var god, men den misvisende markedsføringen og den skuffende beliggenheten trekker opplevelsen betydelig ned.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Angefangen mit dem Personal, ALLE waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal ob die Rezeptionist'innen an der Rezeption, die Kellner'innen beim Frühstück oder auf den Gängen, wenn man den Zimmermädchen begegnet ist. Die Mitarbeiter machen den aufenthalt perfekt! Zusätzlich waren die verschiedenen Pools definitiv ein Highlight

Es gibt nichts, das nicht gepasst hat.

This is a stylish boutique hotel with fabulous decor and outstanding staff.
Pros:

The professionalism of the staff. The ambience of the hotel. The design and layout throughout. The overall comfort and location which is excellent.

Cons:

The hotel asks for towels not to be put on sunbeds to "reserve" space next to the pools and that if on one is present, they will be removed. Despite plenty of space, a few individuals insisted on the practice of laying out towels and then leaving. The hotel didn't enforce it's policy and it would be good if they had.

Very well-run hotel with great staff
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, lovely quiet pool areas, great food. Staff are lovely and seem to take a personal interest in their clients and in running the hotel to a high spec. Rooms were beautifully cleaned and fridges well restocked every day by lovely cleaning staff. Lots of free bikes provided.

Cons:

We were charged a 5-star price for a 4-star hotel - however, this may have been the fault of our booking agent rather than the hotel. For the price, therefore, the hotel exterior was initially underwhelming - however, the interior and pools made up for it. TVs did not connect to the internet.

Super Lage, nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat unserer Meinung nach nicht gepasst. 600 Euro die Nacht ist auch für eine Junior Suite nicht verhältnismäßig.

Keine Sonnenschirme auf der Terasse am Dach, schlecht gewähltes Interior, kein vergrößerter Spiegel im Bad, keine Ablagen im Bad. Insgesamt Preis Leistung gar nicht im Verhältniss.
