Nowhere near a 4* experience
Pros:

Location to town and shuttle to ski lifts, nice bar area

Cons:

Terrible breakfast more like a 2* hotel (don’t expect a nice buffet style breakfast with loads of choices)
Tired bedrooms and bathrooms, very squeaky and noisy floor.

Disappointing
Pros:

The views and transfer via hotel mini bus to and from the ski lifts. The downstairs reception, bar lounge area was good where the staff were friendly and guest vocalist good.

Cons:

Not really a 4 star. Room small, little storage space, floors creeked in every part, impossible not to wake your partner when getting up in night. No menu given for breakfast to start with, service poor and slow although once we complained (made us late for lessons) it did improve.
Spa €35 pp not expected.
Overall for what we paid our small group were all disappointed 😞 wouldn't return or recommend there are better choices in the town.

Posizione fantastica, intrattenimento serale con musica servizio navetta per le piste hall molto bella, spa fantastica

Cons:

Camera piccola con armadio insufficiente e arredi datati.
Colazione da reinventare: manca buffet e il servizio al tavolo è lento e disorganizzato nonostante la gentilezza del personale e del maitre
