Simpatia e cordialità dello staff hanno fatto la differenza, ci siamo sentiti ospiti e non clienti

A rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno è stato innanzitutto lo staff che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili, menzione speciale per Marco, di grande simpatia e professionalità.

Posizione eccellente per vivere il centro storico senza angosce da ZTL per arrivarci. Ottimo rapporto tra gestori e clienti,molta disponibilità ad aiutare. È un ambiente certamente vecchio ma con il suo fascino, probabilmente non apprezzato da tutti

Tout était en ordre.

Rien de particulier. Hôtel un peu vieillot et ne payant pas de mine, mais me convenant parfaitement pour ce que j'étais venu faire : visiter la ville.

L'albergo degli orrori
Pros:

Nulla forse il fatto che la posizione è buona, ma definirlo albergo è difficile. Avevo prenotato in questa struttura pagano 70 una notte, per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito. Ma dopo averlo visto siamo scappati! Mi dispiace solo per il ragazzo che ci lavora che è stato disponibile e comprensivo. Ci hanno dato una camera piena di muffa, che puzzava di fumo stantio, una cosa che in tanti anni di viaggi nel mondo, mai abbiamo trovato.

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia alla hall si accede dopo aver fatto con le valigie una rampa di scale, non per disabili non accessibile con passeggini. Prezzo caro per una notte, servizi inesistenti. Ci è stata data una camera con muffa puzza di fumo, bagno vecchio senza bidet e asciugamani, piumone antico che faceva schifo solo a guardarlo, affacciava sopra un tetto e aprendo la finestra entrava o insetti, Appena fatto il check in siamo scappati ci stavamo sentendo male, nella stanza degli orrori.

Posizione centralissima. Struttura antica, la stanza anni 70, climatizzata ma il bagno oltre che scomodo...freddo. buona la pulizia. Wifi inesistente. Colazione con prodotti di scarsa fattura, caffè fatto con la frog. Per i servizi offerti il costo è eccessivo. Il pernottamento è consigliato per una sola notte.
