Gute Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Wir werden uns wieder sehen.

Lage, der frische Zirbengeruch und das reichhaltige Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich war auf der Durchreise, dafür ist das Einzelzimmer absolut ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich wohl ein etwas größeres Zimmer nehmen.

Ancbe se c'è stato inconveniente di arrivare tardi a mezzanotte e trovate le chiavi alla reception, ho trovato una perdita di acqua importante dal termosifone del bagno. Chiamati in piena notte i proprietari dell'albergo sono interventi subito a cambiare la stanza

Pros:

Camera molto accogliente, letto comodo, staff eccezionale, ristorante eccellente, posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione.

Cons:

La mia camera non aveva il bidet e dava su un giardino che al momento stanno sistemando. Colazione self-service anche per le bevande (dalla macchinetta). Ma cose trascurabili rispetto a quanto sono stata bene!😊

Staff praticamente improvvisato, un vero peccato perché l’hotel è davvero molto bello.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 3 ore gli asciugamani perché la camera ne era sprovvista nonostante due passaggi alla reception per chiedere gentilmente di avere gli asciugamani anche semplicemente per lavarci le mani. Per la cena in hotel, nonostante la prenotazione abbiamo aspettato più di mezz’ora, staff nel caos più totale. Colazione davvero scarna. Si vede che lo staff è scontento e insufficiente.

Odličen zajtrk, opremljeno s stilom

Cons:

Pogrešali smo grelnik za čaj v sobi. Za tako visoko ceno, bi že moral biti. V nastanitvi je restavracija, kot gost nimaš popusta. Imeli smo dve sobi, ki sta bili daleč narazen.

Pizza in the evening was good and breakfast was great.

Cons:

The hotel was still under renovation, which was not mentioned when booking, so I had to park in a public parking lot.
The original room was down a flight of stairs and an open hallway, because the room was cold and could not be heated (had to ask twice), I was moved to a room in the main building, which was warm(with the help of a heater). If they knew that the hotel was not yet functioning as it should be, they could have offered an upgrade right away and that way there would be no bad taste.
