Excellent petit déjeuner,buffet avec grand choix,produits très frais,jus,pain,gâteaux ,fruits...tout d'une excellente qualité.Café au choix, servi par une dame très gentille,toujours à l'écoute.Salle conviviale,extrèmement propre et calme.A ne pas oublier la gentillesse du patron et de son équipe,la propreté et le bon équipement des chambres . Chambres lumineuses et lits très confortables.Hôtel familial oû on se sent à l`aise.

I will consider staying here again when returning to Livigno.
Pros:

We enjoyed this property a lot. The host was really nice and friendly and the check-in process really quick. It was close to Carosello3000 and also a bus station. Only 20 minutes walk to the town centre.

Pros:

a nice and small hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. On-site parking for your car. Nice room, comfortable bathroom. Private ski-locker with booth-heater in the cellar. The breakfast is excellent !! Located in a more quiet area of Livigno, on walking distance from the vibrant city center, and yet very close to the ski-lift and carosello 3000 ski area.
