Pros:

Ottima posizione, da lì si riescono a raggiungere svariati percorsi escursionistici, inoltre di fronte c'è la cabinovia che è molto comoda. Cibo veramente molto buono, abbiamo fatto i complimenti allo chef diverse volte. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Hotel dotato di piscina e area relax con vista su montagna e bosco. Le camere vengono pulite bene e subito. Ci ritorneremo.

Cons:

I prezzi delle bevande non incluse nella mezza pensione sono molto alti.

Tutto ottimo
Pros:

Aggiornato una settimana in questo bellissimo hotel, devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo in tutto nella struttura del cibo nella gentilezza del personale. La struttura è comoda e vicino agli impianti di risalita il moto che darei è ottimo in tutto.

Cons:

Avrei preferito l’acqua della piscina leggermente più alta, ma questo è il mio parere personale

Fantastica vacanza!
Pros:

Si trova in una posizione comodissima, la fermata dell’autobus si trova sotto l’hotel, fronte hotel c’è la cabinovia e non voglio esagerare ma il panorama vista camera e’ a dir poco incantevole!

Cons:

E’ stato un soggiorno piacevole sotto tutti gli aspetti,.
Camere sempre pulite compreso cambio biancheria da bagno e da letto, cibo buono, vario e tutto di ottima qualità e presentato in maniera eccellente (quasi opere d’arte) un plauso ai cuochi! Ma soprattutto vorrei dare merito alla spiccata professionalità e gentilezza dei titolari e di tutto il personale che hanno contribuito a farci sentire sempre coccolati.

Relax, cordlialtà e ottima cucina
Pros:

La cordialità dello staff, cucina eccellente con un vario buffet, la bellezza delle colazioni e delle cene in terrazza. Ambiente rilassante e confortevole. Camera ampia e ben insonorizzata.
Tutti i comfort erano presenti.
Abbiamo passato una settimana veramente rilassante.

Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, comfort camera, cucina, pulizia, ogni giorno venivano proposte attività interessanti anche per tutta la famiglia

Cons:

Zona piscina bellissima ma avrei preferito l’acqua un po’ più calda (soprattutto per i bimbi)

Idyllic and relaxing stay with wonderful food, we would love to visit again.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the breakfast and dinner were brilliant, the staff were friendly and respectful.
The location was wonderful and the bonus of the voucher that entitled us to free local travel and discounts on other things.

Cons:

We would have preferred a kettle, tea, coffee making facilities in the room, but that was the only downside of what was a lovely room.
