Good little hotel in a great location
Pros:

A short walk from the station and town centre. Perfect for exploring Bolzano and the Christmas markets. Clean and comfy room. Good value.

Cons:

Il personale molto scortese. Son arrivato in macchina e ho chiesto indicazioni per il parcheggio. Il receptionist mi ha risposto in maniera molto scortese che non vi era alcun parcheggio. Anzi mi ha chiesto il numero di targa per poi riferire alla polizia locale che ero entrato in una zona a traffico limitato. Seguirá mail alla direzione . Ho dovuto spostare in fretta la macchina e cercare parcheggio altrove
