フロントの方がとても親切で、鍵の使い方も丁寧におしえてくれました。

翌朝、チェックアウトが早かったのですが、
そのことも親切にご対応いただきました。

Lovely professional staff and perfect location by the train station
Pros:

Lovely professional staff, it's a very well run place. We had three balconies in our room, two in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, beautiful high ceilings. The location is great especially if you're arriving late at night, go for the exit in the direction of Corso Bolzano from Porta Susa station. They looked after our cases in a locked store room after we'd checked out which was great. They couldn't have been nicer, lovely people.

Cons:

The decor is a little dated but it's clean and comfortable so really absolutely fine.

Accueil sympathique, confort un peu désuet, matin bruyant sur la grande avenue... Mais grande chambre et prix modique.
