L’ambiente familiare, il personale in sala e alla reception, la zona benessere, la posizione dell’albergo rispetto ai luoghi turistici e alle piste da sci.
La pulizia delle camere non era adeguata. Per chi soffre di allergie non è indicato, perché chi si occupa delle pulizie non ha prestato attenzione ad eliminare la polvere. I servizi igienici e la doccia poi non erano sanificati a dovere.
colazione eccellente, menu ricercato, la tisana con strudel del pomeriggio dopo una giornata sportiva è un toccasana, l'aperitivo della domenica con buffet e musica dal vivo introduce alla cena romantica a lume di candela

Matress was too hard. Our room 104 was above the restaurant so it was noisy untill 22:00 and from early morning. No vegetables for breakfast.
