Cons:

Saliscendi doccia rotto, chiesto di sistemare = non fatto. Esce acqua con poca pressione dai rubinetti, chiesto di sistemare = non fatto. Colazione ad orari decisi dall'hotel e quando sei in sala ti sparecchiano le poche cose offerte senza chiedere nulla (mancava ancora un ora alla fine dell'orario). WIFI manco a dirlo c'è ma non funziona

Vicino al centro

Cons:

La camera assegnata non rispecchiava minimamente le foto online, poco pulita e dotata di nessun comfort, il doccino in bagno era rotto ed il balcone completamente trascurato.

It will most probably be better to stay here in summer.

The room was cold and the bathroom not properly cleaned. The restaurant was closed so no coffee available.

Pros:

Very good and positive personal. 24 hours on online.

Cons:

photos on booking are not the same with a real one. Old furniture. Toilet in the shower, which is not comfortable. All are wet.

Pros:

The hotel is in a nice location, but no matter how hard the staff tries, the blonde lady at the reception made the entire stay unpleasant.

Cons:

The staff doesn't speak English, and it's difficult to communicate here.

Don't stay at this hotel because the rooms aren't soundproof.
Pros:

We had a nice balcony with sea view.

Cons:

Some hotels and clubs near us were playing music far too loud until 1:30 am. Also, the rude Italian teenagers on our floor were super loud and slamming their door shut repeatedly.

Pros:

Location is perfect, rooms are clean and elevators works fast, guards are helpful, front desk are friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Room amenities were incomplete, no spoon, only 2 bottles of small water provided, theres no water dispenser outside the room, only 1 pc of door keys provided
