Leider war die Bereitschaft des Personals uns bei Schwierigkeiten zu Beginn zu unterstützen nicht groß. Wir wurden mit der Lösung des Problems allein gelassen.

Der Spa Bereich ist schön, mit vielen verschiedenen Saunen- die dafür zur Verfügung gestellten Liegen reichen aber bei weitem nicht für alle Gäste aus...

Cons:

Sofa in der Juniorsuite war leider durchgesessen und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer gebucht und erhielt bei meiner Ankunft ein Superior-Zimmer. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und Badewanne und Dusche waren geräumig. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich war komfortabel und bot vier Saunen, zwei Whirlpools sowie einen Innen- und einen Außenpool. Es war ruhig und friedlich, mit Bergblick und einer intimen Atmosphäre. Außerdem gab es ausreichend Parkplätze. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
