Stay during easter

Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft und gigantisch mit den schneebedeckten Bergen im Hintergrund. Alles ist genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Besitzer und sein Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Der Cappuccino ist sensationell. Auch der Garten mit Strand ist sehr schön.

Excellent lake Como visit. Would recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Hot water was always available to make tea or coffee. Bread rolls were ample and we got hot food made only when we needed.
Pasta dishes cooked by hotel chef were were 😋 tasty and if we needed anything the owner always helped. Would go there again 👍

Cons:

Local shops near the resort would have been helpful to buy our individual favourite fruit etc but the owner arranged transport taxi for us to go to a shopping mall to buy necessary stuff.

Cadre idyllique : ***** Accueil et confort :0 … à éviter au moins en fin de saison !

Le cadre , posé sur le lac avec sa plage au milieu du parc, vue splendide.

Cons:

L’accueil , la chambre malgré la vue magnifique du balcon.
Pas de chauffage en arrivant (début octobre nuit très fraîche et temps humide) il est piloter par l’accueil qui l’allume et règle la température à la demande mais ne maîtrise pas l’application. Retour de ballade, le chauffage de nouveau coupé…
Pas de chauffage dans la très petite salle de douche/wc. Restaurant fermé alors qu’est mentionné sur le site…Obligé de ressortir pour rejoindre la ville à quelques km.
Petit déjeuner moyen avec la doudoune sur le dos… les grandes baies vitrée en verre simple et la salle pas chauffée…
Au départ, personne… on pose la clef sur le comptoir et on s’en va …
Le cadre ne fait pas tout !
