Chalet Chez Nous

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chalet Chez Nous!
First of all, we would like to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. A very special thank you to Nicoletta — she is simply the best! Any request or question was handled within minutes. Whether it was booking a table at a restaurant, arranging ski rentals, or helping with parking, everything was done quickly and effortlessly.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the attention to detail and care for guests. The breakfast was great, and the bar was also a lovely place to relax.
We truly loved our room — comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Another big advantage is the location in a historic area, which adds a special charm to the entire experience.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Tutto, la gentilezza, la colazione la camera e la pulizia!

We liked everything. Nicolette was very helpful and did everything she could to help us — booking restaurants, driving us to the city center and the shop, and recommending different places and restaurants. We also loved sitting by the fireplace in the evenings after skiing and having cocktails from the bar. The women at the bar even provided us with free snacks to go with the cocktails — cheese, ham, crackers, and sauce — which were very tasty.

There was also an option to be picked up from the airport, so we chose it. We were driven from the airport to the hotel and back, which was very comfortable. Nicolette even stitched up my friend's pants after he ripped them at the top of the mountains while skiing :D

We felt like we were part of the family, which made our holiday amazing.

The ski storage room is very close to the hotel, just a couple of minutes' walk away. The ski lift is also very close, so you don't need to spend much time getting to the slopes, which was really great. We stayed there in March 2026. The snow at the top was in very good condition, so we had many sunny days and great skiing.

It was very cozy, Nicoletta the host was exceptional, treats every guest like family. It’s 2 mins from the lift. The best ski accomadation we’ve stayed in. The staff are very attentive to your needs.
It is a secret haven away from the busy Sauze. They provide taxi’s to Sauze which is approx 5 mins in a car.
The limoncello spritz is to die for.

Tutto perfetto. Struttura molto bella, accoglienza calorosa e grande disponibilità da parte dello staff. Colazione abbondante e grande organizzazione per assicurare comodi spostamenti per raggiungere il centro di Sauze per la cena senza dover muovere l'auto (che è rimasta tutta la settimana in parcheggio). Ottima la posizione per la mia vacanza sulla neve, per la vicinanza all'impianto di risalita. Grazie a Nicoletta, sempre gentile e amichevole, che è riuscita a farci sentire veramente a nostro agio.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes. Nice and functional ski room. The staff were incredibly kind ,attentive and always ready to help and offer great advice with a smile throughout my stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A truly enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Accoglienza, pulizia, tranquillità, colazione.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere accolti con un calore sincero e un benvenuto caloroso da parte dello staff, che ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire subito a casa. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. La colazione è stata una vera delizia, ricca di pietanze gustose e salutari, ideale per cominciare la giornata con energia. Le camere sono calde, accoglienti e dotate di ogni comfort, perfette per un riposo rigenerante.
La posizione è altrettanto vantaggiosa: la seggiovia Jovenceaux si trova nelle vicinanze, e la struttura offre un comodo deposito sci e parcheggio. Inoltre, la tranquillità del posto contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Sicuramente tornerò per rivivere il calore e l'ospitalità di questa famiglia, e per godere nuovamente della comodità e serenità che questo chalet sa offrire.

Tutto: posizione a due passi dalla seggiovia, struttura e genesi della stessa, partendo dalla ristrutturazione di una stalla hanno creato un hotel che è davvero un amore. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Colazione di qualità e camere pulitissime. Anche se non sono enormi hanno tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Un posto in cui mi sarei fermato un mese intero! Grazie a Nico e a tutto il personale, continuate così!

We had a wonderful stay and felt truly welcomed. Nicoletta and her family were incredibly kind, attentive, and paid attention to every small detail. They helped us book great places for dinner, offered rides to the town center, and genuinely cared that we had an enjoyable and smooth stay.

The property has private parking and a ski storage room conveniently located just 50 meters from the nearest lift, which was a huge plus for a ski vacation. The bathroom was completely new and beautifully designed, finished to a very high standard.

We would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Zona tranquilla vicina alla seggiovia,staff dell hotel fantastico come dice il nome ti fa sentire a casa tua! Un bar tabacchi e un ottimo ristorante a due passi e un paesino spettacolare completano il quadro

The friendlyness of the staff. The position of the property, walking distance from the lift , very clean and quiet. And the hostess, was very helpful in everything, concerning our stay there.
