Pros:

Hatten die alten Zimmer aber trotzdem waren wir super zufrieden :) sehr sauber !!

Cons:

Direkt an der Straße und das kann bei offenen Fenster laut werden aber es gibt sehr gut isolierte Fenster die den Straßen Lärm gut weghalten

Cons:

Als wir angekommen sind, bekamen wir einen Welcome Drink und sollten unser Gepäck stehen lassen, da der Service es aufs Zimmer bringt. Zu unserer Überraschung stand unser gesamtes Gepäck, als wir nach 1h zu unserem Zimmer kamen, unbeaufsichtigt vor unserem Zimmer. Mein Mann hatte an diesem Wochenende Geburtstag und es waren Geld sowie Geschenke inklusive Wertsachen in unserem Gepäck.
Etwas irritiert beanstandeten wir dies an der Rezeption. Statt einer Entschuldigung, bekamen wir Rechtfertigungen u Ausreden, es wurde sichtlich genervt reagiert. Geht man so mit Kunden um?
Am nächsten Tag äußerten wir an der Rezeption, dass die Zimmer so hellhörig sind (im Altbau), dass wir alle Tätigkeiten unserer Nachbarn (inkl Toilette) hören und unser Safe nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin erklärte uns die Juniorchefin, dass wir bei diesem Preis (200€) schließlich umsonst wohnen, da das Frühstück und der Wellness Bereich schon teurer sind. Wenn wir ein günstigeres Zimmer in der Nähe kennen, sollen wir es ihr gern mitteilen, dann würde sie dort auch Urlaub machen. Was für eine Ansage aus der Führungsetage!!! Ein weiterer Satz...wir können gern mal einige Bewertungen lesen wie zufrieden die Kunden sind...
Unser Zimmer lag an der Straße, wir hörten jede Aktion unserer Nachbarn (6uhr morgens), auch der Safe wurde nicht versucht zu reparieren ...das Zimmer ist eng, 90ger Jahre Stil, der Safe ist mittig über dem Bett und nur kniend vom Bett aus erreichbar, schmuddeliger Teppich, ein Bad wo etwas korpulentere Menschen nicht in die Dusche kommen, da man sich an der Toilette seitlich durchschlängeln muss, um in die sehr kleine Duschkabine zu gelangen. Nice...
Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag genau das Selbe, günstiger Käse u 2 Sorten Wurstaufschnitt ohne Kreativität.
Es ist kein Service, so mit Gästen zu argumentieren und sich für Mängel nicht zu entschuldigen bzw sie abzustellen.
