Pros:

The staff and the location were excellent. The manager Anthony was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is right at the beginning of the auto controlled zone so getting bags from the car to the hotel was easy. Also, the hotel maintains lovely flowers and when we arrived a gardener was on hands and knees looking for weeds. The hotel has a lovely view looking far out to sea.

Cons:

I think the food at breakfast could be improved.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas sporadisch aber es ist auch nicht ganz leicht viele Lebensmittel da hoch zu transportieren. Dafür war das Abendessen sehr gut - unbedingt dort essen!

Hotel Parsifal is a real find and Antonio is one of the finest hoteliers we've ever. First rate!
Pros:

Antonio and the staff were superb, he and his family and team went out of their way to make us feel at home and our room had an amazing view over the bay. Great location in the gorgeous and peaceful town of Ravello. We will return and recommend it!

Cons:

Well, like almost every place we've stayed in Italy, the pillows in the bed could have been better!

Pros:

The location is very nice, we can see the coast and beautiful sea from the garden, the room and the restaurant. Amazing views!
Also the heating works very well, feels like spring in the room in this cold and damp winter weather. Had a really nice nap when it pours heavily outside.
The food should be mentioned highlight. We love the Ravioli di baccalà con pomodorini gialli. Ordered it twice. Couldn't love more. And the lemon cake also tastes balanced with distinct gradation. The sourness and sweetness combined such well, also highly recommended.
Last we want to thank the kind staff again for all the helpful information, care giving and running to our car and bringing my iPad at the last minute when we're leaving( We check out hurriedly).

Gute Lage, Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht!

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Golf von Sorrent

Cons:

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel, hatte mit Meerblick gebucht! Um das Meer zu sehen mussten wir durch das Badezimmer auf die Terrasse gehen!

La gentillesse d’Antonio fait oublier l’inconfort…
Pros:

Nous avons bcp aimé Ravello, restant 3 nuits à l’hôtel Parsifal. L’emplacement était top, une très belle vue, le petit déjeuner varié, excellent café, attention un 2ème café au petit dej est payant! Antonio est très attentionné et très informatif, un grand merci🙏🏼

Le lit grinçait, le literie pas très confortable. Les serviettes sont assez usées, vieilles
