So close to perfection but missing important little details
Pros:

The staff is absolutely amazing, all the roles are equally involved in a pleasant journey for all kind of customers: old "aficionados" people coming back every year, families, couples, solo travelers, youth etc. Everyone agreed the location is unbelievable as far is the view, directly on the San Vigilio slopes. Facilities are pretty good too, starting from the SPA to the ski room. Problem solving is the main key success factor of the property longevity: you need X, they solve X...and you suddenly realize that it's been only 10 minutes since your request :)

Cons:

Bed is not comfortable as expected and the single room - the only available when I booked - is pretty small, especially compared to other multi host (just >1). Afternoon snack could be better...richer as I had in pretty close properties nearby.
