Le séjour dans l’ensemble

Dans l’ensemble, c’est propre. Malheureusement l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas en permanence.

Cons:

Les filles de la réception sont incompréhensibles. Nous , on avait besoin de la facture qui serait à notre nom et prenons, malheureusement elles voulaient pas nous faire cette facture, hors, nous nôtres agence de travail pour nous rembourser il fallait des preuves de l’hôtel. Donc nous sommes très déçu.

È l'ideale per chi deve fare i weekend. Attraversando la strada si può trovare un grande centro commerciale, con cinema multisala, ristoranti e il Mcdonadl, a dieci minuti dal centro di Tortona. Colazione niente male.

Al ristorante si mangia veramente malissimo e con una sala con solo 4 persone in tutto l’acqua mi è arrivata dopo 1 ora pur avendo sollecitato varie volte , ho chiesto se potevo avere qualche salsa e le bacchette, risposta “subito “ e poi non mi hanno portato nulla anzi rideva quando mi passava vicino…..se non avevo già pagato il soggiorno me ne sarei andato di corsa…sconsigliatissimo
