La spa era preclusa ai bambini pur pagando prezzo pieno, ci è stato detto solo all’arrivo e sul sito si dice che sono ben accetti. Capisco bagno turco e sauna ok, ma la piscina interna è riscaldata e avrebbero potuto includerla nei servizi per bambini. La struttura è piccola e angusta e non lussuosa, livello medio, le foto sono assolutamente fuorvianti. È su una strada di passaggio. La piscina esterna è esposta agli sguardi delle case vicine, non c’è separazione e privacy es. Manca staccionata o siepe alta. Camera essenziale. No frigo bar, solo acqua. Personale non gentilissimo.
Dinner menu was good and the food was always delicious. Staff were helpful and courteous.
The hotel spa was very busy, especially on Fridays and weekends, so didn't get to experience.
Not impressed that the hotel couldn't provide tea and coffee making facilities as I was there for three weeks.
It's a stretch to say this is fours stars...maybe because of the food and the spa.

Spa facilities and staff were excellent and very accomodating. Bed was also very comfortable.
Bathroom in my room was a little dated and needs heavy maintenance - shower was mildly broken and toilet seat wasn't secured - I raised this but only the shower was dealt with. Breakfast was acceptable with a basic range of breakfast items and was managed well by the staff - could however be better with more range of breakfast items
We recently stayed at this hotel as we were looking for a night of relaxation somewhere close to Rome, however we didn't really enjoy the experience. On the plus side, the room was very clean and tidy, and some of the reception staff were helpful. The indoor spa areas were nice, and we found out by chance that children are able to use them from 8 to 9am (which doesn't seem to be advertised), which was good for us as we were travelling with a child and wouldn't have otherwise been able to use the spa.
On the negative side, the male reception staff who checked us in were quite unfriendly and we didn't feel very welcome. The outdoor spa areas are quite scruffy, especially compared to the lovely photos on the website. The park and pool area was particularly scruffy and unkempt and looked like someones messy garden. The worst part for us was the amount of smoking taking place in all the outdoor spa and swimming areas, it's not something you generally associate with a spa. I wouldn't return here, and would rather spend a bit more for somewhere of a higher quality.

The bed mattress
The breakfast was medicore - when items ran out the buffet was not replenished, generally the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, the constant noise at the spa hotel (eg men carrying out construction works behind spa, men cutting trees behind spa at early hours of morning and throughout afternoon), the room had poor sound insulation - we could hear the buttons of elevator and people walking up and down the stairs in high heels, the room was tiny but looked much bigger in pictures (false advertisement), no information provided regarding prices of water in room we assumed it was free of charge but upon checkout were provided extortion prices.
Sumptuous breakfast, location close to Rome so for us its terribly convenient.
The outdoor spa and indoor pool were excellent. Most pools aren’t open during April. The outdoor sun lounges were comfortable and the cafe adjoins that area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced.
All good, it isn’t in a glamorous antique hotel but it compensates with the great services available. We walked to town at night and it felt safe and there were lots of people out considering the cooler weather.
Amazing spa and very nice staff! Quite area for a full gateway from the hustle with relaxing and very clean spa possibilities.
The prices in the hotel restaurant are a bit too high comparing to the plates and offers.
