Pros:

Hosts are great, hotel is really nicely renovated, sauna and spa zone is really nice equipped, breakfast is fantastic, dinner is served in 3 courses - definitely to recommend!

Cons:

TIPS to hosts: set room temperature from 18°C to 21°C, to expand sauna working time from 7:30 to 8PM, put relaxing music to spa/welness area instead of pop popular music as well to dim the lights in relax zone.
But overall - hotel is perfect! These are just small tips.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel in toller Lage und mit tollem modernen Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad und Ruheraum. Sehr schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon und schönem Blick auf Moena und die Berge. Sehr gutes, leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Essen am Frühstücksbuffet, am abendlichen Vorspeisenbuffet und beim anschließenden Menü. Sehr schöner und stilvoller Empfangs-und Aufenthaltsbereich. Alles ist super sauber. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz war super. Es gibt einen warmen und sauber Ski- und Skischuhtrockenraum. Beim Hotel gibt es eine gut funktionierende Ladestation für Elektroautos. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal einen sehr erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub im Hotel Monza verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Bellissimo hotel: dalla nostra camera godevamo di una vista fantastica sull’intera Moena. I proprietari si sono dimostrati fin da subito molto disponibili e super gentili in tutto.
La cena buona, con piatti curati e di qualità; ottima anche la colazione, con una vasta scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati.
Soggiorno davvero piacevole, grazie.

Excellent, really enjoed the stay.
Pros:

Great food, breakfast, and dinner. Family owners, excellent attitude, and customer care. Great facilities, clean pool indoor/outdoor, wellness area was modern and very nice. EV car charging through 3rd party. Wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the whole city. Room cleaning was great. Evening events for guests, hot wine, and marshmallows.

Cons:

The garage was full. Outdoor parking places are just enough for the guests, and sometimes a tight space for parking. Wi-Fi was occasionally slow and overcrowded. Troubles with streaming movies over wifi.
