Pros:

Hotel byl skvělý s milým a usměvavým personálem. Vynikající snídaně v příjemném prostředí uvnitř i na terase. Pohodlné postele a úžasný bazén. Skvělá poloha pro výjezdy do historických měst, kterých je kolem plno. Opravdu jsme si skvěle odpočinuli v klidu u bazénu s barem, knihou, pohodovou hudbou, milým barmanem a navečer vyráželi za historií.

Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

La Caporala exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and we particularly appreciated the beautifully appointed room and convenient on-site parking. We had an outstanding Apulian meal at the hotel restaurant, complemented by warm, yet highly refined and professional service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a memorable stay.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker, maar mocht wat uitgebreider zijn. De eigenaar Michela is een top gast. Steeds klaar om te helpen.
De ligging is ideaal om Verona en de dorpjes aan de zuidkant van het Gardameer te bezoeken.

Pros:

При заселении на ресепшн была очень приветливая сотрудница.
Номер достаточно просторен.
На территории отеля достаточно места для парковки авто (бесплатно). Территория ограждена забором, на ночь ворота закрываются, есть чувство приватности и защищенности. Есть бассейн на улице, за забором олени, на территории котики. Отель находится в тихом районе, шум практически отсутствует.
На завтраке вкусный кофе. Также можно заказать на ужин пиццу (она же бывает на завтраке), очень вкусно.

Cons:

В номере не все хорошо - нет чайника, нет держателя для туалетной бумаги, унитаз слишком близко к сушилке для полотенец, нет мини косметики (есть только гель для душа и мыло). На постельном белье были волосы. В номере было только 2 бутылки воды по 0.5, в моменты уборки она не обновлялась. Если попросить дополнительную - каждая бутылка 1.5 евро.
Завтрак не порадовал, выглядел не совсем так, как на фото на букинге. Не было свежих сезонных фруктов или ягод, не было горячих блюд (кроме омлета и поджаренного бекона). В общем выбор еды довольно мал.
Также было заявлено, что на всей территории отеля нельзя курить, однако на столиках во дворе были пепельницы и люди курили, так что позавтракать на улице на свежем воздухе возможности не было.
В один вечер хотели воспользоваться бассейном - процесс оказался не сильно удобным. Халатов в номере нет, идти же от отеля до бассейна сразу в купальниках и, например, полотенце - нельзя. Нужно пройти 50 метров, у бассейна раздеться, а потом снова переодеться в туалете/душе у бассейна, в котором ни одной полочки или скамейки. Очень неудобно. Заказывали к бассейну пиццу, с ней все было ок, но администратор с сомнением заявила, что мы не успеем ее там съесть, потому что бассейн закрывается в 21 (мы шли туда в 20). Зачем закрывать бассейн на улице на своей территории - загадка, тем более он был не сильно огорожен, все равно к нему есть доступ. Сотрудник, который принес пиццу, начал все выключать и закрывать в бассейне уже в 20:30.
Территория отеля во многом выглядит заброшенной и необорудованной, создает чуть гнетущее настроение.
При выселении не вышло воспользоваться лифтом - мы в него зашли со своими чемоданами, но он никуда не поехал, а потребовал ПАРОЛЬ! В итоге пришлось идти по ступенькам.
Некоторые сотрудники ресепшн были слишком строги, неприветливы и не упрощали пребывание в отеле.

Toller Pool aber in unfertiger Umgebung- Aufnahme Fake!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr neu und sehr sauber.
Der Pool war eine Wohltat während der Hitzewelle.

Cons:

Die Aufnahme des Pools mit den Bäumen im Hintergrund ist fake. Stattdessen standen Bagger dort und die Umgebungsarbeiten sind nicht fertig.
Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich das Industrieareal des Sika-Konzerns.
Auf dem grossen Hotelareal gibt es praktisch nichts, es scheint noch Vieles erst im Bau.
Angestellte an der Reception nicht sehr zuvorkommend, Angestellter für Pool/ Getränke sehr freundlich.

Rustig verblijf om streek rond Verona te verkennen.
Pros:

Ligging in the middle of nowhere, maar net daardoor zeer rustig. Afstand naar Verona zo'n kwartiertje!
Kamer comfortabel voor een driesterren.

Cons:

Uiteindelijk is dit beter als een driesterrenhotel, maar prijs leunt ook tegen een viersterren aan.
