Exceptional customer service from Edourdo.

Amazing hotel, one of the best places I've ever stayed in! Great location, super friendly receptionist who went above and beyond giving us local tips and chatting. Everything about this place is absolutely stunning. They also arranged for parking which was very convenient.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Garnì Riviera und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastfreundschaft war herzlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich direkt willkommen gefühlt hat.
Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, direkt am Gardasee und mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse, von der aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See genießen kann. Gerade dort zu sitzen und den Blick über den Gardasee schweifen zu lassen, war für uns ein absolutes Highlight.
Alles war liebevoll und stimmig, Klimaanlage+ Deckenventilator sind im Zimmer vorhanden und haben uns unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen lassen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ❤️🇮🇹

Un endroit très agréable avec un accueil exceptionnel.
On peut librement profiter de la terrasse sur le lac pour rêver le soir.
Un hôte totalement disponible qui nous a donné le sentiment d'être chez nous.
Tout était agréable : le site, l'emplacement de l'hôtel (sur le lac et en plein centre), la facilité pour le stationnement du véhicule.
Un séjour de qualité qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am See, sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Besitzer, traumhafte Frühstücksterrasse direkt am See. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben!

Amazing hotel! We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast on the terrace is incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful, helped out with parking options in town, how to navigate the ferry and suggestions for what to do in the area.

Hotel z pięknym widokiem w samym centrum

We spent three nights at the Hotel Riviera Garni. It is a small, family-run hotel right in the centre of Gargnano and it is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Others are more luxurious or have more extensive facilities but here everything came together to create a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable visit I would certainly try to stay here again if I returned to Gargnano; I might even return to Gargnano in order to stay at this hotel.

Things looked promising even before we arrived. A brief exchange of messages with Edoardo, the proprietor, suggested that we would get a warm welcome, which turned out to be the case.

All the basics were taken care of to a very high level. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower worked well and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. The lighting was good and there were plenty of electric sockets. WiFi was good and the signal strong. Then newly installed air conditioning worked well and there was a ceiling fan as well. The room included a safe - very useful. There was a lift to the third floor.

We had not booked breakfast in the hotel but decided to have it on our first morning. It was a very high quality and we decided immediately to have breakfast on our remaining days. It is served an a first-floor terrace at the back of the hotel with a beautiful view over the lake.

The furniture in the hotel is largely of good quality and traditional rather than modern and functional. The hotel was full of interesting art including old prints of Gargnano, modern paintings and interesting artefacts. Edoardo was also eager to tell us about them. He also talked about the town and recommended some restaurants. He was happy to let me try out my limited Italian but spoke excellent English too (and I heard him speaking German with guests as well). He was rightly proud of his hotel. His parents were present and served breakfast. They spoke less English but were very welcoming. The family feel of the hotel made a big difference. We felt like guests rather than customers.

The hotel is located on the quiet main street of Gargnano, just a few minutes' stroll from the bus stop where we arrived. There is an excellent butcher's shop next door where you can buy sandwiches for lunch, and a bakery opposite. the town beach is a short walk away; we spent a lot of time enjoying dips in the lake there.

I understand that the authorities who allocate ratings for visitor accommodation have set criteria for awarding stars. Perhaps the fact that the reception is closed after 8pm is one of the reasons the Riviera has only two stars, but if I were to allocate stars on the basis of my personal experience it would have five stars at least.

Hotel w super lokalizacji, w samym centrum miasteczka Gargnano, przy samym jeziorze. Piękny widok z tarasu, na którym serwowane są śniadania w formie małego bufetu. Pokoje czyste, codziennie room service, a właściciele bardzo mili i uśmiechnięci. Dostaliśmy bardzo dokładne informacje przed przyjazdem na temat zakwaterowania. Polecam!
