Pros:

Besonders das Abendessen-Konzept und der Sky Pool haben mir gefallen. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Frühstück bucht, zahlt man für das Abendessen nur 10 € extra. Ich finde das ein mega Konzept! In den bisherigen Hotels, die ich auf der ganzen Welt besucht habe, habe ich so etwas noch nie gesehen.

Zona relax piscinetta terrazzo spazioso comodi parcheggi e discreto il cibo

Cons:

Bagno vecchio non info sul cibo e alle 19.30 mancavano già alcuni antipasti e dolci e difficoltà con la lingua italiana

The owners and staff are full of pure passion in making your stay special. Tamanda is everywhere all the time keeping everyone happy. Seriously, her smile and energy is felt by everyone who enters and all of the staff reflects the same energy. I had a full board which means dinner and breakfast. Picture this, you get up, have an amazing breakfast, head out for the day ready to hike. After a full day of hiking you come back to soak in the most amazing rooftop pool ever. Then you unwind, get ready and enjoy an amazing dinner. The menu changes every day and you get access to salad and dessert bars. You will be lucky enough to stay here. I stayed three nights.

I really wanted to stay longer.

Die Pool Bereiche
Garage und Zimmer im Neubau und in den öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren auf dem allerhöchsten Niveau

Cons:

Das vergünstigte Zimmer in dem wir gewohnt haben war gut und sauber ..allerdings war das Bad nicht mehr zeitgemäß und renovierungsbedürftig.
(verschmerzbar+günstiger in der Buchung, daher auch fair)

La struttura è uno spettacolo , la piscina a sfioro sul tetto è magica !! Il personale è super accogliente e cordiale ,disponibile ,il cibo è ottimo e di livello alto , la camera ultra confortevole...bagno con doccia grande e terrazzo .....tutto magico

leasant stay in a scenic setting with great staff
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy, and beautiful area. The two buildings are connected by an underground passage, which is very convenient during bad weather. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

The dinner menu does not list the price for still drinking water. We ordered two bottles every evening with the kids, only to find an unexpected charge of 3 euros per bottle added to our final bill at check-out.
