A bad experience
Pros:

The room was spacious and quite stylish

Cons:

Firstly, I booked the hotel because of its well reviewed restaurant. I booked two months before our stay, and received confirmation that we would have a table for dinner. But when we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed all week. They should have warned me in good time so that we had a chance to reconsider the booking.
There were other problems. There was no hot water. When I told the lady in charge in the morning she found that it had been cut off. The air conditioning didn't work. There was only one bath towel for two people, and only one pillow each. There was no private onsite parking even though that's what the Booking.com listing offers.
All in all it was a disappointment. I think that she was trying to keep the place going with too little help

Un hôtel de campagne dans des bâtisses anciennes dans le pur style de la région
(balcons, persiennes, plafonds voûtés avec pierres apparentes...) Chambres spacieuses, bien meublées, décor suranné mais chaleureux, petit jardin intérieur et terrasse ombragés et fleuris, ambiance calme et paisible, propreté rigoureuse, literie hyper confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix du petit-déjeuner. Pour les amoureux des terroirs italiens. Amateurs de design et de modernité scandinave ou minimaliste, passez votre chemin.

Cons:

Nous étions de passage pour une nuit seulement. On aurait aimé tester le restaurant.

Friendly and superb stay
Pros:

This was my favourite hotel I have ever stayed.

The room was beautiful and unique. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. The shutters block out the light, so we slept very well. The room came with a little porch with a small table and chairs that overlooked the garden, which was really a beautiful place to sit and have a cup of coffee.
The dinner at night was superb.
One of the managers went out of their way to communicate with myself and my sister when our flight to Turin got delayed and redirected, and at 3am came to drive and personally pick us up. I have never before received such kindness from a hotel manager. The hospitality, friendliness and kindness of the hosts were by far the best thing about this hotel. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

I was surprized and happy staying in this Residence!
Pros:

Very comfortable and very clean! Everything well orginized. Free parking in 20 meters. Daytime stuff was very kind and always smiling.

Cons:

Reception said "can't have you breakfast in the room, because we will have to clean it after :) that sounds strange for me. We left the room clean !
