Hotel Villa Nefele was absolutely lovely and the young man Fabio who checked us in was just the perfect host, super intelligent and in full command of three languages which made everything so clear and comfortable. I have to compliment whoever designed the entire accomodations, the tile work, colors and decor are vibrant and beautiful, giving a feeling of the shared Grecian traditional sea and culture in Calabria. The room was super perfect beds , sheets towels and we even had a great balcony. The breakfast cappuccinos were exquisite and each pastry was so much nicer than the usual offerings , they were fresh and real, the fruit and the quality of juices also was so very nice.... The only thing I would have loved to have had was some eggs and formaggio to start my day with some protein. This hotel was a truly delightful find at the perfect time, I am sure when a few more restaurants are open the town will be filled and Tropea might not be as quiet as we enjoyed. I would send anyone to Hotel Nefele and know that they would find it fabulous as we did. I wish it had been warm enough to swim because the water there is gorgeous and the town is working to clean up the damage of the hurricane and winter storms. In a great way. Italy must realize the value of tourism and that it's natural beauty is destroyed by the terrible refuse left by the roadsides and in rural areas where the public see all and are affected negatively by this behavior. Giardini Naxo seems to be aware of the value of clean public space and it was such a pleasure for us to spend our time there. We travel the world and live in Puglia and would recommend this treasure to our fellow travelers... Working in the travel industry for major airlines we are seeing trends for areas also are very sensitive to which world regions can handle visitors with the ability to provide a great experience for a decent and not exorbitant price. Hotel Nefele is a winner, a true gem.

My room and hotel in general is very clean and beautiful. I had a very pleasant stay for three nights. The location is perfect - extremely close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, supermarket and bus stops. I’ll be very happy to stay here once again 🤍🩵

El desayuno es super completo. El baño con kit de shampoo y jabón en una presentación hermosa. La cama muy cómoda. Sábanas y toallas perfectas. La recepcionista muy amorosa y dispuesta. Un lugar excelente! Lo recomiendo

The location is truly exceptional – just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and there is also the option to have breakfast on-site if you wish. Parking is available very close to the hotel, but only paid parking (we paid €15 per 24 hours). On the plus side, you can drive right up to the entrance to unload your luggage, which is very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.
