Pros:

My first stay in Sicily, and it was absolutely perfect! Fantastic location, close to everything, with convenient parking. The staff were exceptional—so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They also recommended fantastic local restaurants where the food was absolutely amazing! The entire hotel was extremely clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were beautifully soft. Everything was easily accessible, making it the perfect place to stay. Such a wonderful introduction to Sicily. Highly recommend Hotel Villa Nefele!🤩

Spokojna miejscowość, pomocny personel, pokojo wymagające malowania, ściany działowe bardzo cieńkie i słuchać wszystko….
Pros:

Bliskość kawiarni i restauracji, parking na bocznych ulicach po sezonie darmowy. Fajna opcja z balkonikiem

Gentilezza del personale, la pulizzia dei locali e la posizione della struttura.

Cons:

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, ma ci sta. Il letto, che era più una branda, molto scomodo... e dei due cuscini in dotazione uno era altissimo e l'altro bassissimo (qui ammetto che avrei potuto chiedere un cambio in reception ma non l'ho fatto). Il problema vero è dato dall'odore nauseabondo proveniente dagli scarichi.

Hyvä perusaamiainen, tosin ehkä johtuen sesongin loppupuolesta, osa aamiaistarvikkeista alkoi jo loppumaan klo 09 aikoihin. Siistit huoneet, hieman häiritsi kaduilta kuuluva meteli aikaisin aamulla. Ihan hyvä sijainti. Henkilökunta mukava ja avulias.

Posizione vicinissima a spiaggia e negozi e ristoranti. Struttura esteticamente bella, molto accogliente. Dolcino serale offerto.

Cons:

La camera, molto bella, dava però direttamente sulla reception e sala da pranzo e non su un corridoio.

Lovely stay at Nefele Hotel

What I liked most about Villa Nefele was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. On our last morning, we missed breakfast while packing for check-out, but when we went downstairs for a coffee, they kindly prepared breakfast just for us and even treated us to it. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us and made our last day extra special. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and the team at Villa Nefele made us feel genuinely welcome.

Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci sia stato fatto un upgrade gratuito a una camera più grande e un late check-out oltre il normale check. Per il resto il soggiorno è andato tutto bene.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza assegnata presentava diversi problemi: c'era un forte e sgradevole odore di tubature e abbiamo riscontrato problemi a livello di pulizia generale della camera, il minifrigo perdeva acqua sul pavimento e l'armadio era sbilenco e instabile,di notte alcune luci hanno un intermittenza credo isolamento di qualche filo, la tivù non funzionava il telecomando ché stato cambiato ma presentava ancora Qualche problema, l'aria condizionata si sente poco .Un vero peccato, perché con una maggiore cura dei dettagli e della manutenzione l'esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore, anche perché il personale è decisamente TOP.
