the friendliness of the staff and the location
A hotel that charges around €250 per night for a small double room simply cannot offer the conditions we experienced.
First of all, the facilities have a clearly outdated, poorly maintained and old-fashioned appearance. The bathroom was in poor condition, with dirty and heavily worn curtains, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. Additionally, for two guests, only two very small bottles were provided — one shampoo and one shower gel — clearly insufficient.
The breakfast was far from satisfactory: long queues just to get a coffee, poor-quality fruit, and for a hotel charging these prices, we find it unacceptable to use disposable plastic cups for juice and water, which gives a cheap and careless impression.
Finally, what disappointed us the most was the lack of consideration for guests in the management of the elevator. The hotel has only one very small elevator, which during the busiest morning hours was constantly occupied with large amounts of dirty laundry bags, taking up almost all the space. In practice, it was impossible to use the elevator — not even for a guest or a small suitcase. We were therefore forced to carry very heavy luggage from the third floor to the hotel exit, which is completely unacceptable.

It was located in a great location and the hotel was very cute.
Breakfast was good but wish there was more variety. The cleaning service did not change the towels or explain how to change the towels.
