Gutes, zentrales Hotel für Ausflüge Tagesprogramm mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Komfortable Unterkunft, zentral an der Gondel und der Hauptstraße in Stern gelegen. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich, zugewandt und sehr aufmerksam. Das war toll. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles Wünschenswerte und das Drei-Gänge-Menü am Abend ist äußerst abwechslungsreich, professionell zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft! Die Vor- und Hauptspeise wird jeweils am Vortag aus drei Vorschlägen ausgewählt.
Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

So zentral das Hotel auch liegt, so laut ist es allerdings auch, wenn man Pech hat und ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite bekommt (nicht frei wählbar).
Durch die Lautstärke des Verkehrs der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße ist das Öffnen der Fenster nachts nicht möglich.
Das ist natürlich bei den aktuellen heißen Temperaturen und nicht vorhandenen Klimaanlagen auf den Hotelzimmern ein sehr großes Problem. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel hätten wir keinen Schlaf gefunden und haben zumindest das Fenster im Bad gekippt, um wenigstens etwas frische Luft zu bekommen.
Der Wellnessbereich inklusive Sauna und Schwimmbad(Freibad) ist leider täglich aus organisatorischen Gründen nur von 15 - 19 Uhr geöffnet. Das ist sehr schade.

Pros:

SPA area. Absolutely fantastic. New, modern, lots of space, saunas, infinity pool, sun beds. Has garage for car, so no problem with that. Good breakfast and dinner, nothing special, but can all good. Delicious cofe, fresh juice, vegetables, fruits. For dinner salat bar and three courses (start, main and desert)

Cons:

Could have AC. I know in Dolomites not that hot, but still, sun is quite strong andwould be much better feeling

Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war ganz toll und die Innenpools öffneten schon um 7 Uhr.
Unser Zimmer war schön groß, bequeme Betten und sehr sauber. Das Essen war auch gut.

Slaapkamer aan voorzijde aan drukke weg, hierdoor kon raam in de nacht niet open ivm geluid. Kamer was bloedheet en niet te koelen.

Odličen zajtrk, zelo velika izbira. Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Vse brezhibno čisto. Zelo lep nov bazen in wellness. Večerja: vrhunska kulinarika v neformalnem in sproščenem okolju.

Cons:

Vse je bilo odlično. Če imate sobo, ki gleda na cesto, je potrebno imeti zaradi hrupa zaprta okna. To je pomislek samo v poletnih dneh, s podnebnimi spremembami je tudi na na taki nadmorski višini lahko precej vroče. Res pa se ponoči promet umiri.

Meraviglioso hotel di fronte Piz la Ila ai piedi della gran Risa e del club Moritzino.
Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa, piscina coperta e scoperta veramente eccezionali. Bellissima zona wellness e cibo ottimo. Stanze accoglienti con tutti i confort.

i've been travelling a lot over the years, and seen a lot. the time and experience in the hotel is above all expectations i have and had. firtst time i stayed there was 2016, and then i stayed 2026. the hotel makes a great great effort to be one of the best in Italy in my oppinion. a touch of family hospitality with a clean and well equipped rooms, the one and only swimming pool where you can swim outside... saunas designed with authentic old wooden planks, attention to the details... thats next level. starting from the first "hello" in the reception till the last day you feel as you are pampered and cared of at any moment. the staff is amazing, food delicious. proximity to the skilift makes it soo much easier for a day to go chill and relaxed. i would rate this hotel 20/10 if i would have a chance. and it is definately a promise to come back.
