bella struttura, posizione invidiabile, Lo staff si è rivelato molto gentile, la stanza pulita e confortevole, la zona benessere nuova e ben tenuta. Cena e colazione nella media. Consiglio.

Odlična hrana, tako zajtrk kot večerja, dobra izbira vina. Zelo prijazno osebje hotela in ugodna lokacija tik ob žičnici Piz la Ila. Wellnes je prijeten, z dovolj prostora in lepim razgledom iz bazena. Hotel ima tudi prostorno garažo v dveh nivojih, sicer za doplačilo.
Hrup z glavne ceste je lahko ponoči moteč, treba je zapreti okna.
La struttura ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La Villa è situata in magnifico luogo da cui si può partire per qualsiasi tipo di escursione.

Loved the spa it was amazing
Talking about hotel I was really impressed. I stayed in 5 stars hotel in Alta Badia, but talking trully Gran Risa Hotell in some points is very much better. Welness and SPA zone - incredible. Really amazing. Dinners really surprised me a lot, because I never expected "Michellin star's quality" in 3 stars hotel. Level of Hospitality - somethig that it's hard to deliver, because it's impossible to describe with words, you have to feel it.
Talking hinestly it was one of the best places that I ever stayed.
I guess that selection of hot dishes on a breakfast could be improved litle bit.
Both breakfast and dinner are great, , the staff were so kind and helpful.
The pool and spa are great, the best place to end the day.
The hotel had such a welcoming and lovely vibe from the moment we arrived! The spa is brand new and such an amazing asset to the hotel. Location is great for hiking! Food was incredible - good vegetarian meals! Great parking in a secure garage. Room was very clean. Games room was a bonus! Overall, nice modern facilities and room but with a family welcoming feel!
Meal times were a bit restricted with only a 1 hour time slot for dinner (not a major issue) and could be 1-2 more options e.g normally only one vegetarian option.
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
Breakfast and specially the dinner was exceptional.
Street side room, the traffic noise is much louder than annoying, I’m a good sleeper but couldn’t sleep for most of the night
